Thirdstory is known for their sublime vocal harmonies, but they are much more than a vocal group. Described by Pusha T as “unique, raw and fundamentally talented,” they are a collective of distinctly gifted singer-songwriters and performers. Thirdstory mixes pop songwriting and soulful singing with electronics and live instrumentation, an eclectic mix that also includes elements of folk guitar and hip hop production.
Elliott Skinner, Ben Lusher, and Richard Saunders formed Thirdstory in 2013 after a serendipitous meeting on New York's Lower East Side. Their crowning achievement thus far is their first EP, Searching, an emotionally expansive and impactful debut produced by Malay (whose recent work includes Frank Ocean's "Blonde").

...alright, guitarists: the tuning is an open Eb major (Eb Bb Eb G Bb Eb), and the first chords are 222222, 242322, 464544. You take it from there :)

Theres another three chords in the stepdown :/ and a different slide one in the last bar of each verse. Oh and then theres a key change for the last chorus :( Wish my jazz guitar was on this level

THECRUNCHYHAT Alright, so the chords for the general round are 222222, 6x466x, x4657x, 7x677x. Play that 3 times, then 222222, 242322 slided up to 464544, and back to 222222. The bridge moves up and down between 6x456x and 4x234x, and ends up on 7x567x, before modulating up 3 semi-tones up to the key of Ab major. The same chords for the round are used here, just 3 frets higher. The last 3 chords in freetime are x55655, then arpeggiating 002130, and finally end on 555555.
