i bulked in a cast gained 30 lbs only doing chest arms and back neglected legs (broken foot good enough excuse) got to 198, started walking again and now i’m 184, i know working my legs will make me gain weight and i might even reach 200lbs muscles and decent shape i am 5’6 so i already look fit when i guess regular people see me, and i wanna look aesthetic but i don’t wanna be that cut like just look good in clothes
Man, I'm 5'7 and there's no way I'm going to gain 200 pounds! In my normal shape I weigh 150 pounds without working out, but I don't think the gym can make me heavier than 200 pounds.
