Sam had exactly the same reaction I had when Paul asked him about OSU's transfer portal success. "How are they doing it?", Paul asked with a straight face. Sam laughed and said, "How do YOU think they're doing it?" Exactly, they buy their team$$$$$ and they have analysts on staff with connections and access to the Catapult system, which allegedly they had for several years from around 2015-2021. Gee, look what happened starting in 2021 when that alleged cheating stopped.

There is talk of also bringing in Tray Scott. Defensive line Coach at Georgia who was responsible for bringing in 6 five star Defensive linemen to Georgia over the past 3 to 4 Seasons. First, the B1G is going to be completely different and probably THE conference next year with all the new editions making Finebaum's favorites, the SEC a thing of the past despite their new teams. B1G is elite now and all the energy is going to come from there. Finebaum has been an SEC guy and he can't stand that he now has to talk about the B1G and the best he can do and stomach is talk about OSU. He literally is throwing up in his mouth talking about Harbaugh and Michigan. He can't do it and he can't admit what is really happening behind the scenes in portal at OSU. Just because he won some games in Jim's absence, doesn't mean he can run a program. Recruiting, transfer portal, current player management/NIL, and forming a staff. Calling a game is a SMALL portion of the job. I can't believe about every analyst is not talking about this.
