This is a recording of the Sama Veda. Listen to Sama Veda for about 10 minutes within half an hour of going to sleep to help encourage, liveliness of Turiya in sleep state. To listen to Sama Veda, play it a very soft volume, listening with your eyes closed, giving it your full attention.

Can we used to calm one's mind by listening to Sama Veda, when one has agitated state of mind. Listen with eyes closed, by lying down on a mat or carpet or bed. Listen for about 5 - 10 minutes.

Vedic Hymns that too SAMA VEDA not for peace and good sleep.. Do meditation regularly you will be at peace and get good sleep. The Sama Veda represents the force of spiritual knowledge and the power of devotion. The book was revealed to Vayu rishi. It consists hymns of the Rigveda put to a musical measure. Hence the text of the Sama Veda is an alternative version of the Rig Veda. Vedic Hymns help us to connect with divine energies who will help our Divine Works. Do not ridicule it's power to fulfill your mundane things.

Kishore Ongole, You are a trillion times RIGHT. Sama Veda (and for that matter all Chathur Vedas) are for AWAKENING into ENLIGHTENMENT and the Supreme Knowledge of the DIVINE SELF. We have been ASLEEP for far too long. Time to wake up and KNOW GOD.

@@seethalakshmi3172 Sama vedam.or any of the 4 Vedas are to be learned through a learned Ghanapati. Connect to one in real world. Only a learned Ghanapati can do.

@@seethalakshmi3172 Actually, Sri Patanjali's "Yoga Sutras" states in the opening chapter: "Now, here begins the instruction to bring to cessation the modifications of the mind stuff". Of course, the modifications are thoughts. Incessant chains of thoughts. So the way to achiev TRUE "yoga; i.e. UNION with the DIVINE" is done by gently silencing the mind's incessant chains of thoughts. In the Hebew Old Testament, the book of Psalms, Chapter 46, verse 10, it states: "Be STILL, and KNOW that "I AM GOD"". For this modern age, the most powerful, most effective, most effortless way to achive this is by being intiated into and practicing Transcendental Meditation, as tought by His Divine Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
