I am preparing 4 boxes this year for some children. However I am an atheist and while I find it difficult to hear so much discussion about God etc I'm trying to overcome that so I can put a smile on a child's face.
@@carlamoore3474 I feel blessed that he decided to choose Samaritans Purse as a ministry to help kids. Atheist or Not we are all here to bring smile and let the children know that someone loved them regardless of their belief or religion. I pray that the boxes this person sent ended up to a child that most needed it. God can choose whoever he wants to be a channel of blessing. Dear sister be reminded that God did not choose the qualified. He qualified the choosen. Peter is a murder, Matthew is a Tax collector God did not choose the perfect people to spread his Gospel. I had so much fun packing twelve boxes as full as I could get them! I wanted SO much to be there when the kids opened them so that I could see the joy on their faces!
My great grandmother was Mongolian. Family says I look a like her. We have done the boxes for years and I would like to think some went home to her motherland.

Um... "I am The LORD your God. Thou shalt have no other gods before me." You may believe that Christ existed, died and rose. But if you haven't made him THE LORD above everything else in your life.... you aren't a Christian.
How is the spirits more greater than Christianity. To say one is lesser or greater than another religion or belief is downright ignorance and satanism.
Why does religion had to brought into everything? Can a child just have a nice gift for once instead of people trying to push their religion on other people?
I think it's okay to tell people about Christianity, it is also wonderful to make them presents. Tell them in what you believe, but leave them with their own culture and believes and catching them with gifts is really a no go! I really feel ashamed of this... .
