I think I know how Magician did his bit. He already knew Samay's address and when he asked Karan about date he wrote Samay's flat/house no. dumped it in the box. Then told Karan to say openly about the date which he thought so now he has the correct date. Now he asks Gamerfleet to think about A girl bestfriends name and he wrote the the date which he got from Karan as he told aloud. Then he asks Gamerfleet to say the girls name out loud now brother has the name of girl and when he finally asks Samay to think his flat/house no. now he writes Girls name and he has all the answers without reading the mind actually. How I came up with this :- 1. Order of asking the answers without actually telling what he wrote now, he showed everyone what he wrote when he had all the answers. Suppose if some real mentalist would have done asked questions and before knowing the answers handed the chits to the person whom he asked the question. It was a very basic loophole. I hope I'm clear

Some things are cut out from the video. Apparantly he knew Samay's address from before. 2) he asked them to say the answer to the audience after he had written something down. . So, wrote down Samay's address in the first chit (which he already knew) Wrote the first answer (after it got announced) in the second slip. Wrote the second answer in the 3rd slip.
