For the Fairlady, I would've gone with the Datsun and gone for the 00s Fairlady or the newest Fairlady. I might go for the newest because it looks more like a retrosepctive for the Datsun rather than the one from the 00s.

You should record GTA through your game capture then record your webcam through OBS. Youll have to match them in post but you wont have the problem of a webcam hiding a spot
