Modern worship is seriously missing this kind of musicianship. This take on the song really goes against the "formula" and I absolutely love it. Worship guitarists need to rebel more often, for the good of the body of Christ and the glory of God. Players need to play!
@@amiri7437 apparently it is a bass intro. You can check it on Elevation’s resouces channel. They have a live bass tutorial for Same God and their bass player was doing that hook. Sad that guitar didn’t do it, but it’s interesting and easier sounding on electric. But bass does do it in the original. Its just on the higher strings, that’s all
What u think ur doing playing 🔥 solos like that? Theres no uniqueness in worship guitar allowed. Everyone plays same boring riffs. What you doing outta the box. You keep busting sick solos like that you gonna get fired from the team. 😂
