If you enjoyed this and would like to become a Supporter of Tales From The Graves then please consider hitting the little Paypal icon on the channel main page (Top Right of screen) and making a donation towards future episodes. This particular episode involved 2 full days' filming, travel time, several weeks of editing and equipment upkeep so anything you could donate to support future episodes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all, as always, for your support to Simon and Ben during 2020 where they have been affected greatly due to being in the entertainment industry. We promise much, much more in 2021 and beyond. :-)

Absolutely brilliant! Thankyou Simon for this gem. I greatly appreciate your hard work in bringing us these stories. On a down side........they are over too quickly. I would, with pleasure, listen to you all day. Take care Simon, thankyou once again. X

Thank you for your VERY kind comment. We are hoping to be able to bring Simon to Facebook sometime very soon for some brand new Live tales. As Simon is having to cancel most of his work these will be Pay to View but very reasonably priced. Like a little tour from him without the walking. :-)

I did several ghost investigations at salmesbury Hall and in the first one had a really strange experience. the lights were still on and we were basically doing a lit walk around. I stayed at the back of the queue of people and was the last person in the line to climb the stairs. there's something strange about the parlour door too and I started to feel funny around there and I I climbed the stairs I felt a strong wind or draft really rush past me and push me to one side and it took my breathe away too. every hair on the back of my neck and arms was standing up and I felt weird. while I wasn't really scared it wasn't a positive experience and I was concerned. I feel an atmosphere in the priest room during the day, its almost too quiet the hairs on my neck stand up when I'm outside there too. there's something about the parlour door and id love to hear of anyone else can relate to that experience. brilliant video Simon is a fantastic story teller.

What a wonderful storyteller you are Simon, I really enjoyed this video, thank you! I'm making an episode on Salmesbury Hall myself, having had a very intriguing visit and I wondered if I might retell your story about the RAF couple please? I would of course mention you as the source and link to this video. Best wishes, Rachel

Why do these videos have so little views?
@GhostQuestTV
@GhostQuestTV 3 года назад
We ask ourselves the same question. Haha 12-16 hours filming, two weeks to edit. True Labour of love though for us to produce. One day they will find their perfect home. For us, the story being put on permanent record is more important. Thank you for watching. 👍

...I used to have a video recording from television of the 'Ghosthunter's International' team from the USA , who visited Samlesbury Hall . I deleted it in disgust though, after they just picked holes in the legends , and rubbished many of the ghostly sightings and tales of the White Lady ....I think they were just a bit miffed that their electronic sensors didn't pick anything up on the ONE NIGHT they stayed - as if they appeared on command just for them !?! A curse on them - I hope all their teeth and hair fall out ...over the next 40 years , like mine have !

....on the first sighting of Samlesbury Hall as they drove up ..er ...the drive , they exclaimed - ...''my God - it looks like a Gothic Gingerbread house !''

I'm sorry but Nicholas Owen was not even alive when Henry was on the throne. He was born in 1562 and died in 1606. The Salmesbury priest hole cannot be laid at his door. Misinformation.
@absonus
@absonus 10 месяцев назад
Likewise the staff maintain that the Chapel is the oldest part of the Hall and the Hall was built as an extension .
@absonus
@absonus 10 месяцев назад
The bit about Owen building the priest holes is totally incorrect.
