Sammy Swindell - Athlete of the Week 

I grew up watching Sammy race at Riverside speedway in west Memphis back in the 70's. Some of the best memories of my life.

He's out lasted others from the glory days like Kinser, Wolfgang, Allen, and Haudenchild.

I really enjoy listening to these old guys. I can say old guys cause I was born the same year as Sammy.

One of the all time great open wheel -wheel man!
