Just a heads up to tournament organisers....when you do the traditional cultural challenge, out of respect..please keep the teams a distance between the 22 & half way line either way. Our young Pacifica generation need to be taught respect for our fellow peoples from an early age. This is about strengthening relations as one Pacific nation instead of just competing in a rugby tournament. Play hard but respect even harder because we are one people...Vinaka !
This was held at the first NSW RUGBY UNION PACIFICA GAMES. It was a great success with Boy and Girl teams from Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Maori, Indigenous and Barbarians. This will now be held every year for our young people.. a 2 day tournament.
