I have seen the video and it was very helpful except where you it said to place rubber correctly, it was exactly the opposite direction. Water drain to the surface and I opened it and I saw when it places in opposite direction of video the cone of rubber matches to the cone seat position and flat surface fitted completely with the upper connection. It works perfectly.

I'm sure the device is great but the t-adapter that came with the device does not hook well to my bowl adapter and water spills across the whole floor when I turn on my water valve, I will get a new t-adapter and see if that fixes the issue, anyway I will give you guys an update soon, G O D willing.

Okay Thanks to G O D, I figured this out. I removed the rubber stooper in the t- adapter and placed it in the water valve tube and tighten all the nuts on the system, and now viola everything works a-ok. The product is great and feels fresher, dude.

@@captaintifanyI believe that they placed the rubber gasket in the opposite connector than what the video showed. The silver valve to T adapter portion not the T adapter to toilet reservoir portion. 0:53
