Sampling rare violins at the Chimei Museum 

The Chimei Museum in Taiwan is home to the world's largest collection of rare stringed instruments. I visited the museum recently and had the privilege of trying out several of their violins. With the limited time I had that day I only spent a few minutes with each violin, so these are all single take recordings. The audio you hear is what my iPhone captured, with no post-production editing.

[Edit: Jan 13, 2023] A viewer noted that the last violin I sampled might be the 1744 "Ole Bull" Guarneri del Gesu. After comparing the photos I have of it with public photos, I think that viewer is correct.
