Thanks to your review, I bought one of these with the idea of using it for wedding ceremonies that are in a different location than the reception. It's absolutely perfect for wedding ceremonies!!! You just walk in with this speaker, a stand, and an iPad (or cell phone). That's it! The speaker sounds great and covers the ceremony perfectly. Thanks again for your review of this speaker.
I really appreciate your review on this Samson speaker. For some reason it is overlooked by similar speaker reviewers. I am so glad you mentioned the vocal function on this as I want it to sing with and the 3 way speaker array is fantastic for that. Most reviews on battery speakers do not mention the vocal aspect and it's necessary to know if the mic function will be loud enough to go along with the main sound being played.
Fayze - very interested in your review for a few reasons. 1. Been considering purchasing a Bose S1 Pro (older version on sale) - have you compared with the Samson? I play acoustic guitar (mainly finger style in Church, which brings me to your gym review as it was obviously filmed in an LDS Ward Bldg, and I have been playing the guitar (accompany a singer) in Sacrament Meetings and would highly value your thoughts on how this and or the Bose would perform in the Chapel. Price appears to be the same as the Bose - Quality? Also, I use a Baggs Voiceprint to improve the sound of my guitar pick up (K&K pure mini). Thank you!!
