Mine was 3c2. I have opened up, changed the relay 1 for a new one e voilà! Back to work after 1 month presumed dead. It was my last atempt at something, before buying a new one...
@@homeappliancesrepairhomeap9756 Just adding some details: I needed to open the washing machine (I own the model samsung eco bubble wd11a). Inside, there was a white box containing the mainboards. The relay in question was located in the following image, at the bottom-right (rectangular black plastic piece with two bronze-colored flat pin connections). The specification is GOLDEN GT-1A-12D 25A 250V~. It doesn't need to be Golden branded. I have just bought one with very similar specifications. Then, I have "cut off" tha biggest main board from the plastic case (I have used a manual Electric Micro Grinder Tool), to expose the soldered terminals (on the back of the board) cause the boards are "glued" with a big layer of some protective resin. I was careful not to damage the tracks on PCB nor the other componets.
