what an awesome demo given by this technician. Samsung should maintain the availability of such staffs in every city. Today, I scheduled a Demo for my newly bought 253 Litre Refrigerator and the experience was Horrible. Staff doesn't know anything technical about the features & he quickly admitted that He was a television expert and samsung randomly sent him for Fridge demo...Only 3 days passed since my purchase. He was unable to explain the max/min diagram/label provided inside freezer and was doing random guesses which made me skeptical regarding the Quality of samsung post sales service !
I had purchased a samsung 324 5 in 1 convertible refrigerator last month the service engineer is also like this man has very well knowledge of product very well explained me my refrigerator like this man. Hats off to these guys who represents samsung india to its customer very well very well trained service engineer hereafter I'll buy only samsung products ... great service by samsung

Can someone confirm for this fridge how many LED lights is present inside the refrigerator area? Is there only one on the top or there are on the sides as well?
