I changed ghe charging board and the flex now the phone show only charging but in the past it shows the estimated time for the full charge and thd charge stop at 86%

If the charging board and flex are good for her. Check the battery. it won't help, measure the charging voltage on the ic u6003 and u6000 it will be bad.
