Download any other launcher and set it to default and clear data and cache of Samsung One UI launcher , for my M31s i am using Microsoft Launcher as default launcher after this Device is not hanged or auto restarted. Try above with changing default , let us know if it also solves your problem of M or A series auto restart problem.
I think now time has come to say RIP Samsung. 10L vehicle service cost complies within Rs 10,000 where as Samsung asks 8k for service of 15j. Big shame l

Same problem with my m31! It's been only 1.5 years since I bought this phone. It's so upsetting. I am not going to buy a samsung phone again. Prior to this M31, I was using samsung galaxy j7 and it worked amazing for 4 years. Never had to go to the service center even once. But the experience with m31 really disappointed me.
I still have screen flickering problem in S20, it's manufacturing defect and Samsung is charging 15k for new screen with 3 months warranty and i know after warranty ends screen will flicker again
I'm Using An Samsung galaxy M21 And It Got Stuck In Bootloop at 31 July 2021. It was In Warranty Until 1 AUGUST and We Said To The Service Center Worker The Issue And It Is In Warranty. HE REFUSED He Said That It Ended On 1 August 12:00 AM🤦🏻. So We Unfortunately Had To Renew The WARRANTY Which Costed Around 1000rs. And The Service Center Worker Told Us To Renew The WARRANTY From their Shop. We Just Did It ONLINE. Then We Again Came To Service Center after 1-2 Hours And He Refused To Repair The Galaxy M21 Which Was In Warranty. I called My Father Then We Talked to the workers the workers still refused Then My Father Said A Golden Sentence "I Will Mail A Message To The Customer Care Then They Will Fire You" Guess What The Workers Said "Please Sir Don't Do That We Will Fix The Phone" after 2 days I came to pick up the phone and Immediately Like After 30 Mins Bootloop Came Again We Just Repeated The Whole Process Then It Is Working Fine

Even though my mobile has 5 gb storage but storage booster saying that ur phone is getting full and screen frozen suddenly mobile get hanged and get switched off .and for switching on it is taking about 30 mins that's my problem of my samsung mobile if u r having some solution of it except factory reset please tell .

Maine April 2021 main Samsung m21 buy kiya tha lekin ab (automatically restart, screen freezing, restart loop) problems 😰 ho gaya hai. Service centre Vale 5500rs bol rahe hai mother board change hoga. So please aware of Exynos 9611 and it's equal processor.
This is so true My M30s started to bootloop upon a casual restart and bricked itself to shit, then i moved on to buy M51 for that Stupendous battery but guess what just 1.3 yrs old it too stuck in a unexplained bootloop and bricked shit,when i had put it to charge,when i took them to samsung service centre they quoted 15k for M51 & 8k for M30s Logic boards they never explained the reason for motherboard failure and moved to vivo mid segment having a peace of mind ever since.still Samsung F22,M32,M51 in use in our family not sure when there gonna brick themself.M32 already started to show symptoms.its time to move away from samsung i guess...
Dude you can change ic ram of your phone from any shop nearby and the bootloop issue will be cured it caused me 2800 for m31s And if you are talking about freeze and restart problem than u can remove sim card and memory card then the restarting problem will stop

@@pirabujamal95 sell the device , it will create more issues ! I have sold mine , it started to overheat in a year . it was like it even used to heat while using RU-vid and WhatsApp . Usually samsung provides you the worst budget devices so go with oppo , vivo , mi and infinix ! Cheaper and more advanced phones

Hello Sharukh, i have a technical question that may help me a lot please. My A50s, to which i changed the screen first.....then the battery later, worked for about one month and a half and yesterday after charging it began to turn off and restar intermittently with no stop even not showing anything on the screen. I had to open it and disconnect the battery. I tried forced retsart and recharge....but nothing is displaying and the phone doesn't complete the start up...eventhough the screen lights up. What do you think may be the reason? I don't want to buy another sccreen and maybe the reason is something else...I haven't dropped it neither spilled liquid on it. Thank you, Peter.

M31 auto restart problem....again and again...4 days back locked for 1440 min (24 days) and getting off in between and again recount the time... finally switched on after 5-6 days...in between I have to buy a new phone. I'll never go with samsung in future.

Service center pe aur bhi log the unko bhi same problem aarahi thi unka bhi phone same tha A52

Download microsoft launcher and set it as default........ 2nd clear One UI home storage then click force stop... Then set microsoft launcher as default... Ur problem will be solved 90% try it tell me...ur problem solved or not

@@sjai635 first go and submit the phone in a samsung authorized service center (for inspection, it'll charge Rs 177) and then mail samsung ceo as to get it repaired as it manufacturing defect and also attach also in the mail. then you will get a call from them and then follow his instruction. wait for the process you will get it repaired. service center will call you to recieve the phone but don't go to recieve before the call from head office. it will take 15 days around bro...
I faced this problem on my galaxy M31 restarting again again and again.... I went samsung customer service center..... they simply said change the motherboard....it cost around 9000 rs only 🙄........ So I moved to realme narzo 20 pro
Its not beacuse of 720g its a capable processor but these days brands making their skins so heavy that even processors which handle games like genshin impact are lagging

Samsung f41 me chrome browser se bohot saare photo download karne ke baad bhi slow ho jaata hai phone & photos download ho jaate hai par notification bar me downloading dikha rha hota hai...phir phone restart karne ke baad thik hota hai sab. aise bohot problems hai samsung f41 me. Pehle din se hi dikkat ho rhi thi mujhe is phone ko use karte hue...2 month use karne ke baad se hi hang hona shuru hua tha ye phone...jab ki mai heavy use bhi nahi karta. Bohot se basic settings missing hai isme, jo mera 10000 wala 2016 lauched MI phone tak me tha. 20000 se neeche phone lena ho to samsung mat lena. Prefer Samsung phones with Qualcomm Snapdragon processor...stay away from others.
I have M31S, After a recent update, my phone got restarted and went to Auto Restart Issue. Even after going to Boot and hard reset, it does not respond. When I went to the service center they are simply saying to replace the mother board. With Hard earned money I purchased and within 18months my mobile is spoiled after the update. I will never ever buy another Samsung product in my life. Sorry, Samsung You Really Suck!!

My M21 also started giving this problem. No resolution after factory reset or software reflash. Only thing worked for me is Power Saving Mode. Phone is working fine only in Power Saving Mode.
brother mera Samsung M51 tha uska bhi motherboard short hua hai charge nhi ho rha motherboard se supply nhi jata battery ko. Samsung service centre ko 10500 kharcha bta rha hai.
I'm using F62 as my primary device and never face any lag and overheating issues. Overall user experience is quite good 👍. BTW I'm not a hard-core gamer but love yo play games like World of Tanks..🙂
