The compartment with the cutout in the back goes on the bottom of the left door. The cutout is to allow for the back of the water pitcher. I did the same thing at first thinking it was for a tall bottle, but then saw where it goes on the Samsung product page.
@ayuandchris Oh thank you so much!! I followed that link, but the product was no longer available-- not sure though, if it was for those specific bins..
I have this same fridge and I've been head over heels with it. My only problem is what to fill it up with, since it's just me in the house. No problems at with the unit at all tho.
Did you get the larger size as well? We are still finding our way and experimenting. We love using the snack drawer, especially for sliced fruit to munch on throughout the week.
I loved my Samsung Bespoke fridge until it stopped cooling. Suddenly the fridge and freezer were not cool. It was installed 14 mo ago and we've been without a refrigerator for 10 days. Hopefully it will be repaired tomorrow at the second repair home visit. Very disappointing!
@@starq6315 so far so good for us. No issues. Accidentally left the freezer cracked so some food was defrosting, we thought there was a problem, but after closing and check later it was fine.
@@twinstv5003 if you want to use the water pitcher and ice function, I will say yes. If you don’t want to use those functions, you may be able to do without one.
DO NOT BUY a Samsung Refrigerator! They are unreliable, customer service horrible and the products are complete GARBAGE! I am replacing a three year old Samsung FamilyHub as I am typing this comment. Our unit went out on 1/12/24 & yesterday 1/26/24 a repair service came to replace the compressor. Today 1/27/24 the Refrigerator still isn't cooling! Samsung needs to stick with phones. Don't waste your money! Although Samsung products look great and have high-tech features, as soon as the warranty expires, so does the product. There's a reason Samsung has been hit with a class action lawsuit.
Its kinda sus just because you have a problem to the product it will happen the same problem to others dude everthing is different let them use the fridge 😂😂😂
That stinks to hear! For our sake, we hope we don’t go through that experience. So far so good. Through my own experience reaching out to different customer service reps, my experience can vary dramatically. Even with the same company, it feels like you have to catch the right person at the right time to get quality service. Hope they make to right for you. Goodluck
@@loveSakura-di8lr thanks, we certainly are enjoying it. The beverage center is very underrated. Helps me drink more water with it being right there and so convenient (even when I open it planning to grab a Fanta haha)
You are such a donut. You never buy any refrigerator, regardless of manufacturer, with all these new techy features. They all fail sooner than later. The Bespoke is first Samsung in years to be resigned to be reliable. The mechanicals are much simpler, easier, and cheaper to replace. The ice maker, once a point of failure, has been placed in the freezer section where it belongs. I had an old Samsung I bought in 2008 that lasted 10+ years, still running fine when I moved and left it behind in my old house. Samsung learned from its past mistakes and came out with a winner this time. but I do agree Samsung repair service is still lacking.
@@ayuandchris wellllllll.... We took delivery, four resets and two hard resets, the codes kept coming. The inside temp gauge would get stuck on different numbers, I.E. 55 or 46. A couple digitals strategically placed would show hot spots and then the light went out. This was all during the 48 hour window so I was able to get HD to schedule a pick up for return. Really stinks because we wanted it.
@@mcasteel2112 wow, that sounds like a nightmare to have dealt with. I would have reached out to Samsung to let them know your experience and maybe they would have tried to make it right! Goodluck cheers
😂 yes, where do we send the bill to? Haha really, it can be fun to organize and then of course saves a ton of time when we are actually looking for things.
