I have a Samsung ecobubble 6.0kg an the drum doesn't turn on any cycle I put it on whether it is wash or rinse. I have noticed that when it's standing upright an I open the door an try turning it from inside it gets stuck but I noticed that it seems asif the drum is loose coz with the door open I can lift the drum from inside an turn while keeping it lifted it turns no problem. As soon as I stop lifting an I try turning it again you can clearly hear there's something beneath the drum cz it's making a grinding noise. I tried everything suggested in the videos posted but can't seem to get the item that's causing the grinding noise out. The other thing is I'm not sure but to me it's like the drum came off whatever makes it turn on inside..... so any other solutions please I'm really desperate . My model is a Samsung ecobubble 6.0kg front loader model WF1600W5W
Please help me I’ve got the for said Samsung washing machine and it’s showing 4E I’ve done all normal tests ie checking water and cleaned the filler filter and made sure everything even down to the pump is very clean and cleaned the powder drawer out properly yet on a daily wash it’s showing the 4E but ok on a quick 15 min wash . As I understand it you are very knowledgeable and have expertise in the programming of that ecobubble machine. Ours is a WF90F5E etc...... my wife has never got the softener to work properly and it may well be programming? As an engineer I found the instructions same as many others crap? Please could you point us in the right direction to enable us to understand how top operate the fabric softener. I see by total chance many others are floundering with thew digital programming of the Ecobubble washer. It seems that the more complex the appliances get the less explicit the instructions are and it's high time the big name manufacturers sorted out good quality how to use books & not rely on you kind fil makers on You Tube. They are cheeky xxxxxxxxrs.
Hi! I have the same machine and during the program its loose power and its like is with out power! I have to switch off the power for 5 minutes and turn it on again to work...
Funny as it is, I opened the machine to get to the board, but after so many screws and plugs, I realized that it was an endless job, so I put it back together again and for my surprised, after that it actually started working normally again... How about that. Maybe there was some plug badly connected or some other stuff that maybe got properly connected and it started working. It's been 1 month now, and until now, it still runs normally.

Jus wandering when you pull the soap dispenser out where the water goes that was going through the soap dispenser to the drum Does it goes between the drum and metal side panel and drop out on the floor or does it still goes inside the drum.
Hi, i have the same washing machine and just when it starts the process you can hear the pump and then it's start to do a high spin and appear an e3 code. Please help. Thanks in advance
generally means your door is locked while in use - only early in the cycle you can press pause and open the small additional flap on the door if it has one
Saba Khan where do you know all Samsung washing machines use direct drive motor? And you think this one uss direct drive motor? I still hear the brushes sound from this one when tumbling and spinning
I have this machine and from new it’s vibrated so badly. Shipping bolts are out. Legs are levelled. Even tried it on top of concrete slab and the same. Tried calibrating it. Do you know of any fix ? Is your floor a concrete one there ?
