@@sudiptachatterjee1610 , no no! I was not referring about bezels. I am referring about the overall size\dimension of the smartphones that we have nowadays. The dimension of Iphone's size (146.6 x 70.6 x 8.3 mm (5.77 x 2.78 x 0.33 in)) or an S23 (146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6 mm (5.76 x 2.79 x 0.30 in)), this dimension is perfect for me and the vast majority of people!! Usually this size fits 6.1" screen, but, if it is possible to fit a bigger display and yet keep this very dimensions, than would be even great!!
Please take photo and video samples at the same time! It is already hard to differentiate the details because of youtube compression and the color comparison gets skewed due to the samples being shot at different times.
@@djdelarosa25 I don't know why someone would care about 3 vs 4 android version updates. Even if you have the phone for 4 years you are 1 version behind, who cares, they are all the same anyway. Android has been mature for years, its like comparing windows 11 now and windows 11 a year ago, its basically the same. You are right about the silver ring, I don't understand why they have it.
The A35 seems like a decent all rounder. Probably among the last phones with an SD card slot and water resistance with decent specs. Glad to see they addressed the throttling of the A54 as it would get a bit slow and hot during my Pokémon Go sessions outside.
I picked up an A54 last year and won't ever go back to a "flagship" model. This costs about 1/5 of the S lineup and does does everything I need it too. Better battery life too. No wireless charging but i quickly adapted
@@IronaNegumbo yes it takes good pictures. I am speakin from experience. You can also do research oncamera comparisons with the A55 you will see. It is a bit similar.
A54 is 1500 lei in our country vs A35 - 1300 lei , so no question A35 all the way . its worth mentioning though that A54 comes with 8GB ram , vs 6 in lower config on A35
Having the same chipset and one year apart, would you think or agree that the A35's cameras are better than the older A54 in terms of colour accuracy, skin tones, selfies, low light, app loading, video stabilisation and dynamic range overall? Need you advice guys. Cheers.
Your comparisons need to be better. all reviews and comparisons are just saying this good this bad and in the end the user still confused what to choose between them or how good a phone is. you need to go into details more and do more practical usage for a phone to give the user who watches the ability to make a decision.
Very simple to decide. A54 is good but it's one year old phone. Go for A35 if your budget is little less. Go for A55 if you have little more budget. Camera will be better in A50+ series than A30+ series .
SInce the A55 is not coming to the USA, the A34 will be this year''s highest A series mid-range phone. The A54 will be updated to Android 17 while the A35 will be updated to Android 18
A55 is 6.6 inch way to big if you have small hands , and the screen looks washed out like looking at a lcd panel instead of amoled, a54 is better apart from the chipset
I hope samsung has also addressed the bad viewing angles issue on the a54. My a54 has awful viewing angles and the screen looks like it has glitter on it especially when there's a white background
@@muaddib878 scroll stuttering? I've noticed that the scrolling is slow on this device, i don't mean it's laggy but the touch sampling rate seems to be slow
too real! I hate that everyon seemingly wants the largest possible screens, especially on cheaper phones! It almost seems like people try to compensate for their financial situation by getting the biggest phone, and it's annoying because I personally have relatively small hands and it's literally painful to use phones that are too big (especially as big as the A series Samsung phones are)
I would go for A54 it has better camera and being offered at lower price.I don't mind about the slight difference on larger screen and 1 year more support. You pay for A54 which is more practical and reasonable
Got the A54 last year for about $300 and it's a steal for that price. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a headphone jack which is still useful for me.
You guys have gotten too slopy. No real camera comparison, no side by side display comparison. No actual benchmark comparison between the devices. I am fully capable of reading a spec sheetyself. I check YT reviews to see the actual differences but apparently you guys also just do nothing other than read out a spec sheet
Man, A54 ain't all its cracked up to be. Honestly, I'd rather get A34 opposed to A35. Save on money and its pretty much the same phone even compared to the A50's which is insane.
@@rick8575 phones like the redmi note 10 cost less then $200 now and they have the punch hole cutout and then you have the redmi note 13 for less than $300 with flagship level bezels
I can't say to get one over the other. I have the a54 and if the option to get the a55 was in the U.S. I would trade in for it. But the a35 isn't much better. The only things I can think of is that the over heating isn't there and the build with the newer frame and button island are nice. But I'll stick with the a54 unless the a55 ends up in the U.S.
At this point, releasing an A series every other week only serves to confuse people (probably not an accident). I'm watching these videos to decide if I want an upgrade on my A52s 5G. And no, it still beats out basically everything that came after, at least where it matters to me.
@@prinzexisalowqualityytber I don't know. The only real reason I'd consider it is the eSIM capability. Other than that, the camera seems similar, but for some reason every new release since the A52 has had a lower resolution (64 vs 50 MP). Surely it can't be worse overall, but I can't tell. Plus the A52 has a Snapdragon. Again, probably not a huge deal, but I'm not sure the Exynos is up there with it yet, if you compare like to like (could be wrong). Overall I'm not convinced. I think I'd look around what other brands offer (Poco in particular).
Actually everything after A52s is failure. A53 and A54 are laggy trash compared to A52s. Even with those more years with OS updates they're not a true update.
@@dddaddy there is a really promising phone on the market called the techno canon 30, however they are an African brand so you have to go through special ways in order to get this phone, the software is a huge downgrade compared to Samsung but its enough
@@prinzexisalowqualityytberTechno Camon is actually a chinese brand that sells mostly outside China. And Chinese people have no idea they exist. They also sell in SouthEast Asia region.
