Hi ms smith! Although Facebook isn’t my area of expertise, I believe you should be able to recover your account through your email alone if you can’t remember the username or your password. But you will need access to whatever email address you have registered with your Facebook account so that you may receive one time verification codes that usually expire every five minutes. In case you can’t remember your email or do not have access to it you can put in your phone number so that your may receive those verification codes via text message. If you do not have access to either you will have contact Facebook support and somehow prove the account belongs to you. I hope this helps!
