Am from Nigeria borno state I have note 11 pro now I buyed last 4 weeks ago price 170000 thousand in borno state redmi note 11 pro is better phone my bro
I disagree with you saying we should expect 4 years of software updates on both devices. It's only Samsung we know promised officially, 4 years of software updates plus 5 years of security patches. Xiaomi even in their flagships has not promised upto 4 years.
Agreed I was going to point that out he didn't mention the big advantage Samsung has with software updates. Rather he said both gives 4 years which is very wrong only Samsung does that not even google does it.
@@ChessDoctorsOrigins Yes, I used my Xiaomi redmi note 5 for 5years. I don't have time changing phones. Now I use Samsung galaxy a53, it gonna stay with me for a long time.
I disagree with some things on Oscar review/comparison! 1. Overall built quality goes to Samsung A53 2. Camera wise! Samsung A53 take the lead, most especially 4k video recording. Redmi note 11 1080p is no way near 4k on A53, I even recommend predecessor Redmi note 10 with 4k video recording 3. Software updates!! Xiaomi regularly sent updates for security patches but MIUI update do takes longer than expected on midrangers. Android OS update is a Nightmare on Xiaomi devices, you will have to wait for decades before getting new OS update on your Xiaomi device but Samsung always update their devices on time just like Apple and Google. I'm talking from experience. You hardly get 2 years OS update on Xiaomi devices, they just announced their 3 years OS support starting from Xiaomi 11T. You will understand my points/analysis if you use Xiaomi device as I do. Nonetheless I still love Xiaomi for its MIUI skin because I've used to it for many years now. Btw I uses Xiaomi, Samsung and iphone but I will always be Xiaomi fan Recommendations! Instead of buying A53 for 220k you can just add 35k and get new S20 FE for 255k and enjoy flagship experience If you are currently using Redmi note 10 Pro, do not upgrade to note 11 Pro. Not worth it. And if you're planning to get one, you may consider Poco X3 pro for less at 160k with flagship experience. Peace ✌️
Peace brother, I just found your channel and love your comparison videos! I'm glad you are not just reviewing the flagship phone! I'm a subscriber! Thanks for teaching us!
Samsung A53 vs Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus would have been a perfect comparison since they are about the same price. It will be lovely to see a comparison on that please 😊
I transferred from Xiaomi to Samsung A53 and will never go back to Xiaomi again. I dont understand why all this review concentrate only on hardware and design which 90% ot the time is the nearly equal and avarage user will not find any diference in every day use. On the opposite software part of review wre 10 second - but this is the most important part. Xiaomi are just terrible at support and updates 1 year after release of their devises. I still have unsolved bug which makes impossible to block numbers - problem that caused me to change phone. Losing GPS at navigation, random disappearing of keyboard , random blackout of apps - just a taste of bugs that plague MIUI launcher - known at the forums with no solution from Xiaomi. A had a Samsung A10 from 2016 for work phone /which i broke 3 weeks ago/ and it still worked better and more consistentlly than Redmi Note from 2020 at least with standart apps like chrome, google maps, facebooks, whatup and app like this. I am absolutelly sure that even if now A53 is worse than 11 pro - check them 2024 - i am 90% sure that pro 11 will be clutterred with bugs and A53 will run smootly.
How has it been, gfs A53 overheats and is laggy the battery life is bad. I use a Poco X3 Pro so I can't use mine to compare as it's processor is better
So much misleading information? How? Just because you disagree with one or two things he said in this comparison doesn’t mean you should downplay his entire work. It’s not easy bro, if e easy you sef for dey run am
Does Redmi make any IP68 rated phones? They have a beautiful design and decent specs but no Ip68 and slow software updates keep me from investing in one! They remind me of Galaxy phones in 2015-2018!
It will, Samsung with exynos will always lag and shutter when multitasking through basic ui, it's really annoying, almost never a smooth animation when using that swipe gesture
Oscar's own is very obvious. Like they overpaid him. The only people I trust their reviews are Izzi Boye and Valor Reviews. But you see folks like Oscar and Eric Okafor, forget them. They work based on stomach infrastructure.
Its crazy how Samsung is beaten by its own customer in the display department. On the operating systems though, I don think I've EVER seen or herd any reviewer say they prefer MIUI to Samsung OneUI
@@Mike.Tech. Did you just say a better camera? Lol, do you think having more megapixel count equates to a better camera? A phone that can't even record 4k videos. Jokes on you bro.
The A53 does have a better camera than the note 11 pro. I have the Redmi note 10 pro which is the same as the redmi note 11 pro but with a better macro than the 11. Also I just got the A53 so I have seen first hand that the camera is better
Guy wetin be this, xiaomi said it themselves na their flagship phones get 3years OS update while their note series get 1year OS update, well you don’t like Samsung and it’s clearly written,
How much did Xiaomi pay you for this comparison? How can you say you expect about 4 years of software updates on both devices? Only Samsung gives you up to 4 yrs of updates on any Android smartphone right now. Even the flagship Xiaomi devices are not guaranteed 2 years of updates, not to talk of a midrange Redmi device. And secondly, in terms of build quality, I think it's subjective. Xiaomi gives you glass which will definitely crack once it hits the floor, while you get better crack resistance on the Samsung, coupled with the IP67 rating. And in terms of camera, especially front-facing video recording, the Samsung gives you overall better dynamic range, while the background of the Redmi looks very washed out.
@@femmxvidz6162 Not Android updates. What they give is UI updates. For instance, from MIUI 12 to 13, from 13 to 14, while the phone still remains on the initial Android version it came with. For example, you can see a Xiaomi phone running the latest version of MIUI, but still on Android 11 or even 10. Though they still give like a year or two of major Android version updates, but I've never seen a Xiaomi phone get up to 4 years of Android updates like on a Samsung. Not even their flagship phones.
@@emmanuelgodwin4046 Xiaomi said they would give 3 yrs of Android OS updates and 4 yrs of Miui , security updates on Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, a midranger and Xiaomi 11T pro, flagship.
