I use wireless charging but it's not really a deal breaker for me on this phone. The 25 watt charging is more than enough for me as the 5000 mAh battery lasts above average.
Could care less about wireless charging...i bought this phone 3 days ago.. it's a fast, amazing phone..i like that it's plastic rather than glass, glass breaks to make u pay money to fix it..its a really cool phone..
The seven reasons you mentioned are exactly why this phone is considered a midrange phone/budget phone. I'm looking foward to try it and leave behind the very expensive top tier phones of Samsung that disappointed at some level.
I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S21 5g to this phone to get better battery life. Everything seems to be equivalent but the battery lasts all day and into the night. I'm happy with my choice of "stepping down" to midrange.

1 - wireless charging is a feature mainly for the S series not A series 2 - most phones of the recent generations now a days are moving off earphone Jack's to improve the quality and also to multi purpose the charging area of the phone 3 - u said ur self the Samsung dex is for the more premium devices. This is supposed to be a high end spec for a MID Range phone. So the debate on that one is pointless. 4 - all phones of Samsung now especially the S series no longer give an adaptor. My the s22 ultra ITSELF a high end flagship phone doesn't come with an adaptor. 5 - now I can agree the processor isn't fantastic, but for an A series it's pretty darn decent. But that's what's supposed to keep a decent gap between the price and quality of the S series and A series. A high end processor (also a good zoom in camera, the build and software policy.) 6 - bro it's literally called an S pen. For S series. No A series phone has an S pen. And they shouldn't. 7 - this is literally the most durable A series phone. Made out of full on gorilla glass. It has almost the exact same build of the s23. And that's a huge deal. Let evaluate this, a mid range phone for 400+ bucks that has half the attributes of an S series phone. Hot deal if u ask me. Forget the features for a second. Interms of specs it's a full on average S series phone with just an high end Mid range processor.
That's not the only reason...I have the a52 5g and it shits all over this phone. And not everyone wants to spend 1000 dollars on a phone...I just spent over 900 for a clutch for my car and shit for my bike...because my car and my bike are WAY more fun than a phone lol
I just purchased my Samsung Galaxy A 54 5G to replace my 2021 Moto g power today. I was looking at the Galaxy S series and said: 1. Why would I need all these features. 2. Why would I pay $700.00 or more. I know I will be happy with this phone and the customization's I can do are going to be great for a different look every 6 months once a year.

I'm not really mad at that, since they send a cable with two USB-C entrances and not a USB 2.0 with a Type C, plus, Samsung has many adapter models you can choose from, that are actually cheap. 5. I gave up on expensive phones about 3 years ago because they're a waste of money. I recently bought this phone and it is excellent. Everything you mentioned is exactly why I couldn't care less about upgrading to a twat-phone.
I bought a new phone 3 yrs ago, and it was SO important to have a 5G. Guess what; Have never been a place with 5G, and 4G is more than good enough anyway
The 5G mainly indicates that this is the version with antennas build in, so u can actually use a sim card with it. There is only one other version called "Wi-Fi" and that one has no Sim card slot nor any antennas. Samsung just prefers to say 5G to market that it's compatible with 5G
I have this phone and I can tell you that I am very satisfied. These seven reasons are totally irrelevant to me (I start with myself). You won't find a better phone for this money, after all, it's a mid-range phone and not an S series. Still, it's stupid to compare an A category phone with the S series.
Watching on my a54 right now and this is the dumbest shit reasons. Its a effing midrange phone, also, its 25 watt charger is enough to get its juice up. Headphone jack is not a thing now. I don't even have any wired headsets, only wireless ones. So these reasons are not that big deal to begin with.

It's 2023! Everyone, including you, already has quite a few wall adapters to charge everything, and at least as many cables laying around. Would you rather they added a 25W block to the package when you don't need one and then charge more for the phone?
Never buy a Samsung phone with an Exynos chip in it, you're gonna come to regret it very fast. A34 blows this phone out of the water and so much of it is down to rocking a chip that's actually optimized rather than the hot mess of an Exynos that craps itself if you try to run two apps at the same time.
You need to clean the ram on your phone. Go to settings then select device care then click on memory then press clean don't worry you will not delete anything.
Here in BR it comes with charger and cable ! With all respect this phone for the price is 10 out of 10 and few things u mention are really personal related ! I never used wireless charger ! I see this phone deserves 7 reasons to buy it !
My reason for not switching from my a53 to a54 is that my a53 is working fine and I am happy with it. I paid $200. The a54 cost more. I don’t need an expensive cell phone with a number features that are essential or the phone doesn’t work. If I lose my a53 I wouldn’t mind getting the a54.
These reasons are all superficial. It is a great midrange phone lol. I can give you alot more reasons to not buy the flagships. I got this phone for only 279. Which gave me feedom to do a cheaper plan for 40 a month unlimited everything i need
So I've had my s23 junior for almost a month now came from the a23 5g first of all that phone was horrible with that being said I was really upset because I wanted the s21 fe couldn't find a new one so I got this and this has by far been my favorite phone ever i truly mean that Samsung use to be my fav then they feel off so i went with lg then the iphone anywho long story short i have absolutely been blown away from the display down to the sim card tray only thing i hate is no headphone jack with that being said of the 5 things that matter build display performance battery camera the only real thing that could use some improvement is the performance and im not saying it because it's slow or anything of that nature it just could bold well with a little boost aside from that everything else is world class frfr i just dont understand why this phone is getting bashed its so bizarre 8.5 outta 10 only because the performance just fell a little short but its still awesome 😎 JUST KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A MIDRANGE PHONE 🤳🏿
On my A54, I can run Crossout, COD, PUBG, Minecraft, Modern Warships and more, all at the full graphics setting at between 30-60 fps. I never drop under 30. That's pretty damn good.
If you purchased the A54 5G and expected to get a single feature that you mentioned thia not having then you are an official dump truck. This was one of the most pointless videos ive ever watched. Yikes!!!
Just bought this for $229 and I love it, its simply to use and has all the features I want. If I wanted the features of a high end $1200 phone I would have bought one.... just my opinion Howver the fast charging info was helpful, I ordered charger right after viewing this video

Tested my S21 Ultra on Geekbench 6 and it got 1497 Single Core Score and 3342 Multi Core Score which is still better than the A54 even though the A54 is considered the best mid range phones from Samsung and its a couple of years newer than the S21 Ultra.
3 reasons to avoid this phone. 1. No Samsung Wallet. 2. The sim 2 slot takes up the SD card space. 3. The stereo speakers could be louder. Even the A52s has better speakers.
You can add wireless charging to it. No one's going to have a headphone jack Bluetooth.. NO SAMSUNG comes with wall adapter. Don't need to plug the phone into the TV, I'm literally mirroring my screen right now.. Bro, phone is fast charging right now too. This phone keeps right up with flagship. I feel you should maybe spend some time with the phone. Can't even listen anymore. 😂
One of the worst phones I had in my life. Slow, heat a lot, low battery life, problems with BT connection, bad camera, even for a mid-range phone it disappoints. It is so bad that it made me think to return to iPhone after years with android...really a bad choice.

You are just listing the features that separate the midrange phones from the flagships. Anyone who has a brain can compare a A54 vs. an S23 and decide which fits their needs. Regarding the lack of headphones jack-BFD. Flagships designed to he purchased and used in the US also don't have headphone jacks. I flipped to BT IEM and over the ear cans with AptX and higher codecs years ago.
I'm not going to avoid the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. That's my next upgrade phone I'm going to buy in a couple of months around my birthday and christmas. As of now, I'm using my Samsung Galaxy A32 5G. I don't care about all of those features or wireless charging, or a headphone jack. I don't use headphones anymore. Headphones are outdated for me. It has all the features I need into the phone for the price. It still has a great camera, 128 GB of storage. And I can increase memory by using an SD card. And I think it's a great phone overall. And it's cheaper too. So why should I avoid it!?
Stop comparing it to a flafship phone when its not. Obviously its not going to have all the same features, its about a third of the price. For the price its a great phone that can handle almost all the jobs that people are going to throw at it.
My only complaints with this phone is the glass back and the design of the cameras. Glass devices are always fragile so a case is nearly mandatory. And the cameras themselves are find but man do they protrude out of the back of the phone. (Like a giant Lego piece) Which makes some cases a bit weak as they have to compensate. Thankfully Supcase didn't disappoint and worked around it. But I will say don't buy this phone at full price. It's worth no where near $450 and has already creeped down to $350 and deals with carriers make it even cheaper.
I have bought the A54 5G with 8GB ram and 256 storage free from all operators’ I don’t know any phone for 499 euros that has wireless charging and can’t understand why would you want a head phone jack and how many phones came with a charger nothing stopping you using a old USB-A charger and let’s not forget that it supports SD expandable storage .. personally, I love the phone and it works perfect
