My nephew uses iPhone 12 and one day he suggested comparing his cameras with my a54. Guess which one was better? A54 in almost every scenario, especially in night mode.
I am getting my sd in a few days. I will try it out. I understand low lighting is not good. I do not take night shots like I used to. How is the audio quality on this phone?
I don't like it that it doesnt smoothly switch from 0.5x (ultrawide) to 1x (wide) I spoke to a couple of the samsung members and they said to factory reset, I don't think it's my devices issue cause I see it here also
I'm thinking about upgrading to the A54 i have the A53 right now do you think its worth the upgrade? Is there much of a difference as far as camera quality and audio? Do you think the 53 and 54 camera quality is the same?
Does it have full Pro-RAW mode like the Galaxy S series? I didn't see it in the interface in the video but I saw a "fun" mode which I've never seen before on a galaxy device. So I'm just wondering if the camera system on the A series lacks the manual control settings of the S series.
I looked it up. It does NOT shoot in RAW even in Lightroom and doesn't support things like astrophotography or multiple exposure. SOME A series screens CAN display HDR content but I'm unsure if they can create it. However, it seems the A54 5G does support HDR10+. I'm unsure if that means on display, in camera, or both. For another $100 you can have the S23 FE which is 95% of the whole S23 package, but with ugly bezels. For $200 more you can have the whole package of the S23 base model, just with a slightly smaller screen.
I'd personally rather have a smaller screen than an intentionally crippled camera system. I'm not saying the A series camera system is bad. I'm saying that if you go even from the S20 FE to the A54 5G series, the camera system is a downgrade. I'm going straight S23 base model. Can't really afford the s23+ or ultra, but want that pro camera system. RAW is the way! No RAW, no way!
Yes bro you can use it for RU-vid videos but nothing better for that than an iPhone, I love Samsung but I don't upload videos, I don't even use intagram or Twitter, but if you do will have a better experience with an iPhone bro.
100% the A54 no questions asked. You get 5G on the A54, longer software support, better camera, and overall a way better phone The only thing you don’t get on the A54 is wireless charging which the S9 has 😅
How is the performance of the Exynos 1380....Samsung always have had good hardware and software but and absolute shit processor. I had an A33 5G....the exynos 1280 was so bad I changed the phone after using it for just 6 months.
Depends. Day to day usage it slaps. I'm multitasking and switching from app to app all the time at 120 Hz without a single stutter. For gaming...? Get ready to wear some gloves because this thing burns like crazy. I cannot believe how hot it gets. Though performance is.. okay? I get 60 FPS on Sky COTL on normal resolution (which is NOT 1080p and I can't know what the res is, but it looks decent enough). On Warzone I get like 25. Warzone is so ass. The optimization is horrible. For other games like Brawl Stars or, I don't know, games of that level of graphics you're gonna get constant uninterrupted 60 FPS at 1080p. It's okay. If you want to play WARZONE or Genshin at 60 FPS? Look elsewhere. If you want to multitask and play Brawl Stars? It's a good good phone. Just don't pay over $400 for it.
That' is true, but you're also paying for updates. Samsung themselves said that the Galaxy A54 will be updated up to Android 17, while S21 FE will only be supported up until Android 15, which will come out next year.
