I love mine so far. Use one note mostly for note taking. And it runs all the other programs I need really well. I've used all the surface pros since gen 1 but I'm liking the built-in keyboard now.

If you turn the fan off will it not heat up (that much)? I am eyeing this laptop but it gets really hot where I live

I’ve had 15 inch i5 model. It was very responsive but like to crash my full screen program/app without error code and take everything else running in background with it. This made my laptop unusable and returned it.

I've got the same model too. Awesome bit of kit and money well spent.

This actually pair really nice with my fold.

@@sandjuya9776 Still love it! The light weight makes me love taking my backpack around everywhere and the screen is so vibrant! The best laptop I've ever owned!

hi which screen size you got? does it have any heating issue? i just want to use it for ms excel and browsing.

@@fredyfrancisthekomban 15.8" I think. Whichever one of her biggest. I mostly use this indoor and not in direct sunlight. I'd imagine most laptops would get hot in the sun... but yeah. No overheating issues so far

@Rick Sanchez I was so glad to see this posted on the reviews because the hardware, software and customer service issues were so bad I couldn't believe how well this was being hidden online.. got dings on day 2 of buying mine and set up was horrendous. I have the full Samsung Eco and it did not play well together once I added this to the mix at that time. Connection between pro 360 s7 plus and note 10+ almost worked sometimes at best. For a moment I realized that maybe I should have just sent for the Mac and spent more than the thousands it cost to own the eco I had. Took this back in a hurry which sucked because it had so much potential. I wanted to warn as many people as I could because as someone who watched mostly every video made on these it was not being talked about anywhere. You could only find it in well hidden forums online it's like it was being hushed and Samsung was sooo shady about it. Even now if it were such a good laptop you would here more people praising it to this day like they do M1air. I told myself I would never get another Samsung product again but it's hard to walk away once you're in but truth is I've had issues with both their 70inch TV and the laptop (most expensive of the products) Fact of the matter is they should be held accountable for this crap they pull. IDC if it was $200.00 If I buy it I expect it to deliver on what was marketed to me. I'm a Samsung product owner but you must really do your research unless you rather just buy every product out there so you know you made the right choice. For starters research smart things for samsung and see what news you find. Never would have thought to look this up until I had issues of my own with it. Furthermore I was pissed to know that it was nearly impossible to repair/replace my S7+ screen after dropping it on tile by accident even though I had the money I was better off buying a new tablet. Luckily they are taking them back at a good price cracked and all for the pre-order deals for S8 series. Thinking about selling My S8ultra soon as I get it because I know the hell you go through with Samsung if you end up with a damaged product. They depend on people like you to help them cover up flaws that if left unchecked will lead to their products being portable bombs because Noone holds them accountable. Sorry to hear that happened to you @Mauro Segura, if you were like me then you never even heard that much from Samsung.

Please share the class action lawsuits information. If you can't then many people do not have this problem...

The spen on the 360 doesn't support, that's a tab s7/s7+ feature. Also, the Note phone had a bluetooth spen as well.

I can't say I've tried the call quality yet to be honest mate

MBs did not have any of the features people nned. No touchscreen, no pen support, no 2 in 1 design, no 1i0 degree screen, no face unlock, no OLED, no 10i0p webcam, no repairability, no upgradability, and let's no forget all the class action lawsuits. There is a reason why MBs only have 10% market share and laptop mag rated Apple 10th out of 11 laptop makers.

@@stans5270 Yes, Intel and Samsung throwing around loads of money to the YT community so I do not blame anyone jumping on that money train? However, this got a raw deal on its initial outing, Samsung's fault as it was very buggy, and it deserved a second hearing! I have one and can confirm it is very good and if you can get it cheap, after all the negative reviews, like I did, £550 which was half-price, then you are getting a bargain!
