I love the galaxy buds live because they don’t hurt my ears, since you aren’t shoving buds INTO your ear. These stay just out your ear canal where it won’t cause discomfort due to air pressure, or hurting ears due to direct sound inside . LOVE THEM!
I just got them today after using airpods for about 4-5 years with my samsung 8+ then upgraded to s20 ultra , it's a bless , I am so thankful for that upgread
I bought them recently and it hurts my top part of the ear where the wingtips rest. How to wear it properly can someone explain. I wear it as shown by samsung in their videos but still it hurts
I enjoy my Galaxy buds live more than my Bose. I cannot figure out how to make the volume go up using the buds live. Sad sad sad I don't think there is a way to do it. This would be helpful helpful helpful
Ty. I will try the touch & hold of the right earbud. Wud have bin nice to have a guide book, even online with them. When I press that button nothing comes up. 😒
In the app you can set the touch control to control the volume, press hold left bug for volume down and right for volume up but it won’t be louder. Imo the volume of the buds had to be a bit louder and they should have noise canceling for that pricepoint
Literally all of them applies to Galaxy Buds+ too, except the block touch feature (Maybe it also applies, but I never needed it so I didn't realize even if it was there).
I am listening to this vid with both my buds live and buds plus just to see how it works 😂 I tried this with my sister awhile ago but we didn't know how to do it.
Please guys try to know how to wear them right. It took me almost 3 weeks to realize that I was wearing them wrong. I had to realize that the silicon tip that came with it was too small for me. I changed to the larger pair but still wore the buds wrongly. When I finally wore it right, I was like a deaf that heard sound for the first time. I was surprised how tightly and comfortable it sat. So tight, I slept with it, ran with it, yawned, chew, shook my head... 1. The silicone tip you choose is very important, don't just settle for the one that it came with. 2. Make sure the silicone surface is lying totally flat without any visible part peeking at you when you look at your ears. Note: My mistake was that the silicone was not totally flat, I was always seeing a portion of it. I hope I helped. This really, really fits. It's surprising!
Honestly the widget for the buds that came out is awesome for some quick convenience like turning ambient sound/active noise cancelling on/off, having the block touchpad option easily accessible. As well as another widget that shows you your buds battery life on your home screen.
CKid yo bruh I just recently got a new iPhone coming from Android. Is there an equivalent free app on iOS? I used the app on my Pixel 3a and it was dope! Let me know 🙏🏾
@Ben Lazari oh yeah I'm aware of the Samsung app I was just looking for an extra bass app. No need anymore I returned my iPhone and went back to my Pixel. 🤷🏾♂️
And this is why I don't listen to anyone's opinion on RU-vid regarding audio quality! I totally and I mean totally agree with you! I just uploaded That Bass booster and it doesn't sound nearly as good way. The music is way too muffled and I played around with it for a good half an hour. I don't know what other people are hearing but it definitely did make mine sound any better and I know good sound!🤪🤯 Not trying to be a hater because you're rapping is great but that bass booster app definitely wasn't for me.
I use PowerAMP Pro version, it works really well with every headphone. You can create Equalizer profiles for each Bluetooth headset different. I have Buds live, jabra 75t, Sony Xm3 and beats X. Each one sounds differently so I have tweaked the Equalizer for each one differently and it is amazing. Try it and you will never use any other player.
@@bigjay1970 normal for the galaxy buds live sound good as hell....the rest of them sounding like shit. I used dynamic for my original galaxy buds and they sounded amazing, but not so good for the lives
The locator s works. I lost my left bud in a busy Walmart parking lot after it apparently fell out of case unnoticed by me. Did notice it was missing until I was 40 miles away in Virginia Beach with my gradaughter for her birthday. So, my left ear bud was in that parking lot for about 5 hours (5-10 pm). I decided to go to the parking and look for it. I went were I believed it fell. The locator showed only one active bud. But, I kept walking around parking lot, and then the other bud showed active on my locator. I did get the chirp because bud was dead, bud the locator put me in vicinity and I reclaimed my bud. Amazing
I have to use the Block Touch feature a lot on my Galaxy Buds Plus especially I wear my hair down or in braids. I hope Samsung updates the firmware so we can set the sensitivity of touch. It great that don't have to press hard to get a response but sometimes it gets on my nerves that my hair can skip a track. 😫😂
I'm watching this vid with my mystic bronze pair right now. Something else interesting I found that was really awesome was that both earbuds could be connected to seperate devices at the same time and listen to different things when far apart. I never really tested this multiple times but it happened while I was sharing a bud with a friend and we had seperate classes. Not too practical, but it's still pretty cool
They arrived today and I like them so far. I have the bud pros as well. Live i went with user reviews over actual reviewers. The users leave very enthusiatic comments about the live
@@johndoe-vc1we Yup, I definitely love them. I still use them daily, even when I'm home and can just use my phone volume. The cast was eaten up by my dog a few months ago and my earbuds took many hits on the ground, but they're still completely fine and work well. I am thinking about getting a newer pair for the complete in ear sound sometime though
These are the first headphones that made me say "I'm gonna use these until they break!" Like them so much as they are comfy and don't rape my ears with rubber or weight. These are close to perfection and worth every penny!
@Ghost in the Shell glad to hear that and you'll definitely gonna love them. To me, they are the only ones am using now and they never disappoint. Like well balanced, comfort and quality. They are expensive but after tried 3 pairs of the unde 100 ones, the air Pods... these are the winner. And they are the first of their kind, the shape will surprise you that now I cannot use normal, rubber ones at all... brilliant engineering
Great work here. I love the style of your workspace and your delivery is fantastic too. Good job man. I will be watching more for sure. Also, I love my set of GB Live.
Thank you for the video. The block touch feature is very helpful. I have to say I installed the bass booster app and found that I lost volume on my buds live. Tried it with the original buds, same thing happened. Passing this info on just in case you think your buds are defective like I did. Had to remove the app. I need the volume more than I need the bass.
Someone needs to tell this guy the meaning of "hidden"😂 These ain't hidden features. They are present right there in the app where anyone even with a small brain and navigate and use.
I followed your video for my 2nd generation earbuds and the new generation earbuds (2779).. I went into wearable, I don't see block touches.. even searched for it nothing. Is there anything else we can do for the unwanted touches.. sometimes when I smile too hard, my earbuds come loose and I go to fix them back and I'm hanging up on people..SMH
That bass boost app is HORRIBLE. lol did exactly the settings you said and overall volume is lower and sounds like shit. Sure it has more bass but without it sounds MUCH better. He must have been paid to promote this
The question is.. have enough alone bass without any eq I'm a music lover and I want to have quality when I'm hearing i looked 100 reviews and i can't afford them because I don't understand the lives has quality? Bass? For music i don't care for anc and others only for music
Launch Spotify, Tidal, You Tube Music or an audiobook with your Assistant. I'm honestly not seeing the point of that feature. The usual Samsung overlap I guess. Dual connection is awesome though.
Aye it works on whatever Bluetooth device (that feature), but if it isn't a Samsung earbud theres a small delay with the earbud connected. Pretty lit, my android self and my bro's airpods.
Clickbait. None of these are hidden features. They are literally in the menu, not even hidden or buried deep. Some of these are not even features that are specific to the Buds Live, they are features of the phone, not the earbuds. And downloading a third party app, which has nothing to do with the Buds Live is a feature of the Buds Live? Downloading an app is a feature of the phone, boosting the base through software is a feature of the downloaded app, it has nothing to do with the earbuds.
I am truly telling you believe it or not. I swear these are the worst ear buds I ever bought and I regrette the decision from the very first day itself. You can't hear well, it is very very unresponsive most of the time. Falls off of your ears and touch control is bullshit. Do not pls trust what these RU-vidrs say. I bet you'll regrette. Go for apple or any other.
Ok but if you want a real hidden feature head to the labs section in the settings and turn on the "relieve pressure with ambient sound", the passthrough effect isn't as clear but it's better than nothing🤷🏽♂️
Wavelet is the dopest eq I've found for galaxy note 20 ultra hands down. Most of the hundreds of eq apps I've tried were trash . I've had Samsung since note 2 and I can say they have a lot of hidden features. Like the og buds were as loud as 1,111,111 falling feathers. But in the older Android software you had to sync the sound. Didn't find that out until 6 months ago. Just got the SGBL and I'm looking forward to trying them out.
When ever the off brand companies start making the braided solo loops, do you think we will get a band video? Btw shared the video with a friend that just got some buds :)
My ears are too small even changing tip size and adding sleeve. My ear shape is super small. The buds are too big no matter what i do. I used them wo the tips once but they began hurting after 30 minutes.
Just got my pair yesterday. And just realized i had them in upside down. Couldn't hear any callers. Thank you for this advice. Technically is so difficult. These buds keep getting replaced. The sound keeps going down without being changed. I'm not touching them or turning down the volume on the phone.
hidden meaning: kept out of sight, concealed, so guys swipe down from top and YOU WILL SEE a hidden icon 🤣🤣🤣 not very hidden is it, since everyone can see it when they swipe down.... that was the point I stopped, so anyone, are there any more hidden ones like that 🤣🤣🤣
The one where he is on about connecting two pairs together is a phone thing not a buds you can do it with all Bluetooth devices depending on you phone tho so support it but some dont
If you don't think these buds have enough bass or are not loud enough, then you are definitely wearing them incorrectly. Buds live have plenty of both, no additional app needed.
Seems like people have mixed feelings on how these fit in their ears. I think I got lucky cause they fit mine perfectly, and are very comfortable. I love these things, no looseness at all, I can shake my head like crazy and they just stay put.
Same here, they stay in solid but when I smile and my ears lift up they hurt my ears, you got the same problem? (You literally need to smile as hard as you can) tell me what you think
It might be better if the wingtips were made of foam instead of silicon. The silicon is so hard and doesnt mold to the shape of the ear. For me fit wise it works best without the tip at all but obviously thats too hard, so they should A. Make tips in smaller sizes as well, and B make tips made out of a softer material so that the top of the ear doesnt hurt.
@@EllaAndrophobia yea I feel you. My ears are small..even the inside cannal. I got these cause I cant wear the ones that suction due to even the smallest tip falling out and the fact that they hurt too much. These are better but they still hurt my top ear, especially my left.
