looking at how hard it was to remove the glass from the lcd I'm wondering what is going to keep the new glass on? didn't see you use any adhesive at all.
thanks, thanks for the beautiful video. I wanted to ask you something. my back button does not work anymore, it depends on the touch? or the two touch keys have a flat apart? that is, in a few words, I wanted to know if I replaced the touch screening
For the grand prime menu keys are part of touch screen, make sure you connect the touch screen cable on lcd properly, if still don't work that means touch screen glass defective try new one
i did the procedure as described. i put everything in place and the phone os working but the lcd-digitalizer is not working. it turns on and off-i can tell by the buzz it does every time but the lcd dosnt seem to work. Its a brant new one. What could possibly be wrong?
This phone might look good for a while, but with NO adhesive anywhere, things are bound to start falling apart soon. The digitizer is not attached to the LCD in any way, not even around the edges, except by whatever original adhesive might remain. Then the display is not attached to the frame. The home button is likely to fall out the bottom, the display is likely to separate from the frame, etc etc. Not a reputable repair.
