You can disconnect the display assembly flex cable to replace the screen, You don't need to disassemble fully the device. In my next video I will show how to fully disassemble the phone. Thank you Patricio Caino, greetings from Europe.
Great video. I have a question, why do you change both, glass screen and LCD display. I think mine is broken only the glass screen, should I change both, or could I keep the same LCD display?

Hi my phone is not opening.. First the lcd was broken.. Then next i think its same because if i touch hard the beside of samsung name in the top.. Then it will be off.. What will i do for that?
There are three reasons, the first one is defective spare part, the second one - problem with the LCD flex cable (check the touch screen connector on the LCD flex cable, it's better if you use magnifying glass), the third reason is a problem with the main bord but this is unlikely.
