Greetings from Chile! Thanks for this awesome video, I've just taken out perfectly a customer's amoled screen without damaging anything. The repair I did was just cleaning with some isopropyl alcohol the entire connectors and chips area, which had some sulfate on them, now the touch works like a charm!

If your phone drop and the screen crack, it would be OK after replace the damaged screen, but there's another possibility that motherboard inside damaged when dropping, so if you worry about that, you can go to the repair store and ask professional guy to check it first.

The custom one would be some moon-like color on the screen, and the tactility of the screen would not be smooth like the original one unless you put on a temper screen protector, but both custom and OEM works fine on the device

Though I'm not qualified to say this, to those installing it, I recommend lining up or even attaching the pin connector just before you commit to attaching the adhesive side. I ended up breaking the ends of the pins trying to force it to align when I should've just carefully remove the screen and properly align it. I was using a custom one, so you might not encounter this problem with an OEM one.

Sancy Caampued may be your display having any light issue or may it you lose your display, best to go through any good repair center to know its actual condition, wish you face its light problem, which can solve with a small amount, best of luck

Did you drop the phone before? If yes the screen connector may loosen, try open the phone and reconnect the screen flex cable.

Yes you can. First hot wind gear, for 2-3 minutes, then try to open it, If it get cold, heat it up for 30 more seconds

i purchased my cell galaxy j7 in year 2016 january...it started flickering from december..as thier was warranty period available i got the screen replaced..but now after replacement iam having another issue. while i keep my cell on charging the same tym when the cell blinks i get weard feeling as it flickers for second but the flickering is different..it's lik when at home suddenly the TV shutdowns..the same happens wid my cell...it also happens when i turn on the power button..what do i do..? can u suggest what kind of problem is der?? please😣😣😔

Sounds like "ghost touch", here is advice: first update your cell system, then adjust the screen bright to auto adjustment, see if the problem solved.

Hi, great help but the main problem is the screen compatibility. I have a J700H/SD phone but I get only J710F screen in shops (at least I found no original spare part for J700H/SD). Can I use the J710F screen? I tried to ask Samsung but they refused to answer. They said, it is not envisaged that I am repairing it myselves so they do not tell... does anybody of you know?

Hi, thanks a lot. Now I even see the difference: The connector of J700 is on right side (front view) and J710 on the left... Really pity, the spare part for J700 is 98$ (around 83 EUR), while for J710 around 62 EUR....

Try reconnect the screen flex, if it doesn't work then check if the screen flex intact? check if PIN on flex cable missing or bent

The Glass din't break because i put on a tempered glass but hey even the tempered glass dint break lmao! I drop it like on the 1st floor with the glass facing down. The screen is not starting up, its like when you hit a tv screen and it went like abit white then died. So the screen is black now. What should i do?

So you're sure there's just a drop n nothing else? then try open your phone and reconnect the screen flex, see if the problem solved

Do not press any button after your phone drop into water. 1. clean the water out side and open the back cover then remove the battery 2. clean the water inside 3. get some pieces of newspaper to pack all the parts, then put it into rice for 48 hours, then put back the battery and power on to check you device
