I agree. After downgrading to one UI 3, everything on the phone feels fresher and newer! Hated one UI 4 as well, besides the fact it messed up my camera brightness.

@@TheRealAndroidDoctor Thanks for the response. One more question, will this roll back work with "Verizon" Samsung S10 5G. I no longer need the cell feature. Just using the phone with Gear VR. Unfortunately, it killed the Gear VR when I upgraded to v12.

No u can only downgrade back to android 11 officially however if u want to downgrade to android 10 u can rood and install an android 10 based stock cuatom rom

@@TheRealAndroidDoctor I see. But what are the major downside? Because I had to update my Note 10, and I think my geekbench is running lower than before. But I haven't notice much in terms of performance but only in battery, I would constantly get 2 to 3 hours of screen on time with 7 to 9 hours of total usage time. May I know what are the major? I would consider to downgrade it. Thank you.

I have my tablet paired up to laptop it is showing up in Odin Only thing is when i downloaded latest Android 11 it didn't come up with England or United kingdom. So i chose Europe. Will this be ok? Also do i have to factory reset before i start the process. Many thanks

@@yonothin7114 not downgrade. For my s20+ g986u verizon i flashed g986u1 stock same bootloader code (for me u1 cus i always stay on first bootloader)

@@yonothin7114 i ment that you can use patched odin to install roms with different model numbers if they have same hardware. Just dont go installing random ones which dont work

@@TheRealAndroidDoctor any chance you could make a video for galaxy s20+. I am trying to downgrade from android 12 one ui 4.1 to android 11 one ui 3.0. I have downloaded all that I need but your screen is different once you get into bootloader. Kinda stuck there for the last couple of hours!

@@aashishmittal206 its the same process as shown in the vodeo just download the lastest android 11 firmware for youre s20+ then follow the steps shown in the video make sure its for your correct model number and country

@@TheRealAndroidDoctor The thing is as you mentioned in your video that if a certain amount of time has passed before you do a downgrade, It wont work and that is exactly what is happening. I tried it anyway and I downloaded all the files but the thing is when I finally clicked the go ahead for flashing in odin, the process fails with an error message of: odin complete(write) operation failed. I had got the android 12 update quite a few months ago and everything was working just fine. There were a few problems in my music player that is poweramp but when they update poweramp it got sorted out as well but recently I got a few updates of more than 2 GBS and I think it was of one UI 4.1 which has messed up my phone and I'm desperately trying to go back to the previous versions but nothing is helping. I am just about to give up.

@@aashishmittal206 ok i unserstand i see that u get an error thats because u have done security updates since uograding to android 12 & u have the new bootloader that orevents downgrading ,the only thing u can do now is to root and install an android 11 cutom rom👍U will need to install twrp recovery 1st i recommend researching how to root your s20+ first tho
