Samsung Galaxy Note 4 acting crazy 

As you can see in the video that I plug it up everything works fine but when I unplug it and goes to the steps after one or two minutes it was shut down and show the icon with the wall charger to plug and I guess the battery what exactly does that mean do or anybody know and thank you for your time
