This is a tutorial video on how to take apart and replace the LCD screen on your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 . (The entire LCD+Digitizer+Glass+ screen assembly)
Its the same procedure and same lcd glass screen used for all carrier models, but the frame that holds the LCD will be different.

1. Small Phillips head screw driver
2. Tweezer
3. Open Prying tool
4. Hair Dryer or Heat Gun

Super glue!! Are you kidding me!!! Do NOT use super glue on glass. Don't listen to this guy he does not know what he is doing. I saw multiple mistakes that he should know better!

When you write "...glass replacement..." you should refer to glass replacement and not to a replacement of the whole LCD. This video has nothing to do with a "glass replacement". Sorry, but I'm upset of all the videos with a wrong title.

You have break the new screen. There is a crack from mid left to mid bottom.

You forgot to take the gold film off the old screen which senses the stylus!!! pretty much turnedit into an oversize s4? please do the job correctly if doing a tutorial

There is a copper film on the new screen, some replacement screens come with the film pre-installed so no need to salvage the old one

Crazy glue? Seriously. You can buy double sided adhesive for like $3!! Almost a good video but was painful in areas to watch.

!!dont use krazy glue on glass!!! It will not work for very long!! Ever wonder what manufacturers use? Thats why they have adhesive that is like tape.

Seriously, you repair stuff with an open can of sticky, carbonated liquid within inches? Avoid this shop. Completely unprofessional. You aren't even wearing a static strap.
