Nice!!! This have me an idea. I like the word doc work station set up you had. I'm gonna do the same thing but without wires (with otg plugs) and attach it to the tv via hdmi
nothing new but hey there is a helpful tipp from me ;) Get any of these modded kernel for xda developers, flash them with odin on your note 8, get yourself an usb hub with hdmi output (I bought one with 4 USB ports and one hdmi out at gearbest) and after doing all this steps I mentioned before you will be able to use this Samsung Dex feature without the actual Dex docking station ;) I think no one wants to pay 90$ for a shitty plastic Ethernet/USB/Hdmi/ Fan cooled hub
Dude I need serious help. I have a Note 8 and an external Oppo Ha2 SE dac/amp with micro usb. I bought a type C to micro OTG adapter, but when I connect them together the Note 8 sends power to the Oppo, which is not supposed to happen. How can I make it send Digital signal only and not charge the Oppo?
Hi-Fidude66 The Audio Technica (AT-EUS1000otg) cable may help. It's designed specifically for Android audio and wired as such. You have to use your type c adapter at the host end.
La aplicación "Mi archivo" muestra el pendriver. O tal vez su cable OTG es defectuoso. The "My File" application shows the pendriver. Or maybe your OTG cable is defective.
