Samsung Galaxy Note 9 LED wallet cover Case 

First thing I like to say, thank you for your time it took to record, edit and to post this video. Brovo, Great Job! Next, I'd like to add, I had the LED wallet for my Galaxy Note8. I really liked it, one of a kind. Custom icons for contacts and app notifications. For some reason or another, the Less stopped working. At first, I could take my Note out of it's wallet and reinstall the phone into the wallet and the LEDs came back to life again. But, after a while the LEDs stopped working all together. I phoned Samsung about my two mouth old wallet. The rep. sent a shipping label to my email. Initially, the turn around time was 14 days or less. My calls to Samsung accumulated to over 20 times, and my ticket being escalated to the exclalation management, 20 plus calls and 3.5 months later, I finally recieved my replacement. It was a total nightmare. That was by far the most lurid experience in all of the 12 plus years of my being a Samsung customer. I had products shipped in to Samsung for repair/replacement and my turnaround was always less than 14 day.

For the stylus extraction, press once and it will eject. Nothing wrong with the case! Great review though, made me buy a black case (I don't know why it's more expensive than other colours!)

In call settings there is an option to use power key to end calls (at least there is on S7 - still waiting for my Note 9 to arrive!). That might be a good solution to having to open the case to hang up.

Thanks for this review. I was considering getting this case but I've bought the clear cover case (also official Samsung) since the clear cover case also folds out into a stand, whereas this LED case doesn't fold out into a stand.

i just bought it and there is a problem. wireless charger cant with this case. could be the thick case or the led part.

If you didn't assigned a custom for your contact, for example you gave, your sister calling and appear the ## only, if you open the cover to see who is calling, the phone will keep ringing or will answer once you open the cover?

can you easily remove the phone every 2 weeks without the case getting more flimsy? I need to take the phone out one a while for navigation (it wont fit in the car holder with the case i guess

Is a strong magnet holding a lid? If not, that disqualifying that case.

GRIPE 1--when sitting on a "pad" wireless charger...does the "charging %" LED animation on the cover? (e.g. on the Samsung Wireless Charger, Samsung Convertible charger...etc.). Uses the NFC chip to power thte LED? display? You sure? :) Still works if you disable NFC. :)

Its not the nfc its the wireless feature in reverse. How do you know when you wireless charge it with the case as soon you close it the cover the phone stop charging and the led on the cover lights up and when the led turn off the phone continius to charge.

can we keep screen protector in the mobile and does it fit well in that case.

My local stores don't recommend folding back the front cover as you might damage the cable and essentially the leds. I've seen some bad reviews on Amazon about the older versions (S7, S8) but fewer for the S9 and Note 9. What is your experience with this case, do the leds still hold up?

I had a cover case for a LG V-20 and over time the cover put scratches on the display, will this cover create scrathes on my Note9?

I have it why does it make a sound when I flip it and have it open and it's touching the back of the phone ?

To keep Bixby and double down with its own dedicated button Samsung is saying they don't give a F what customer thinks or wants. Fanboys will buy what we put out. I absolutely hate Bixby button which constantly gets pressed by accident

"protecting" definitely not... It cracked my screen when I accidently dropped it from less than. 5 a foot. With the protection on and screen shield,you name it. Switched to a otter case the following day

Fairly expensive for a cellphone holder despite what it can do. I went on to EBay and got an all leather, removable magnetic holder for cheaper at Shop - Leather for 49.99. Looks better to!!!!
