mine doesn't say "turn off wifi".. every time I watch a video for instructions on this, the phone doesn't actually have the option that the person says its supposed to have.

This doesn’t work anymore apparently. I only get an error that says “An unauthorized attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings. Connect to WiFi or mobile network to verify your identity” And a female voice says “WiFi would be handy here. Connect to WiFi”
