I'd call that a draw as the iPhone was a split second slower BUT when you unlocked the Samsung, not all the apps had loaded onto the home screen. This suggests that just because it takes you to the unlock screen doesn't mean it's finished. I know that with the iPhone, when it takes you to the lock screen, it's ready to be used and all loading is finished.

Honestly, I used to think the same as you. I have the HTC Evo 4g, then I got the Galaxy S2, but there were just so many bugs on both. The touch screen was annoying as fuck, and, they just didn't look as nice as the iPhone did. So, last week I decided to turn to the dark side. The iphone seems like a polished version of the s2, and if you jailbreak it (which i'm going to wait to do until my warranty is up) you have all the functionality of a rooted android device.

Well that's rare seeing an old video in 1080p also weren't 720p and 1080p uploads made available in 2008?

The S2 was just a tad bit faster.

1.The A5 chipset is made by Samsung ( yeah kinda ironic isn't it?) 2.The CPU in S2 is like 40 % faster ( 1.2 Ghz Dual-Core vs underclocked 800 Mhz Dual-Core ) 3.It has 2X more RAM ( 1 GB vs 512 MB) 4.Yeah the iPhone's GPU is faster but you aren't going to see much difference 5.The boot-up time depends more on software not on hardware for example the HTC Desire HD boots up in like 2 secods and it has slower hardware than both 4S and S2. I hope i maked eveything clear.

Why complain about this, Buy a Classic Nokia Phone, It doesn't break that fast, you can use it as weapon to throw at people, It's way easier to use, the "TouchPad" Is scratch resistable And it doesn't have software problems. ;)
