***Apple skipping iPhone 9*** “That’s illegal” ***Samsung skipping 9 generations of Galaxy S*** “Hold my beer” _guys i have clout now, i can finally feel validated in this world_
That's not right Samsung skipped nothing they gave the name S20 because they did the same thing with the A series and they don't want that people think they steal everything from shity Apple
i love how the Samsung S20 Ultra has more ram than my laptop Edit: finally getting a new pc with the specs I actually like! Pc specs: Ryzen 3 3200g GTX 1650 4gb 8gb ddr4 ram Gigabyte b450m mother board 1tb hdd So happy today as of February 14, 2021
Yeah that's something I noticed in his older videos. He sounds really monotone and lifeless, which really makes it hard for me to watch his older stuff
I'm just gonna give my honest unbiased opinion, please don't kill me. The s20 ultra is in its own league, the iPhone doesn't really compare. But most people don't buy an iPhone for specs, they buy them because they're sleek, simple to use, and has all the basics for a decent phone. However, most people buy Android's for customization, performance, specs, and doing whatever the hell they please with the phone. Both are great phones, no one can deny that. But they don't target the same audience. iPhones are beautifully designed, anyone can pick one up and use it easily, they get the job done, take perfectly good pictures, and so on. Android phones give the user more access, the ability to make the phone what you want it to be, and offer top notch specs in every department. I don't know why people always argue about which is better. If you want a clean ui, simplicity, and a damn good phone overall, go with the iPhone. If you want to get into more detailed things, change every aspect of the phone to what you want, have complete root access, and the ability to do complex things, go with the Android. They're both great. End of story.
Yes, I completely agree. For me, Samsung is so much superior due to the sheer things I can DO on it. The only reason I sometime consider an iPhone is simply for iMessage, just shows how “cults” their ecosystem is and really a good example of marketing 😂
@@bryanwebb4665 why do people still use this as an anti Apple argument :insertFacepalm: Yes, the hardware is made by Samsung, but Apple calibrates the displays and tweaks them, there is a reason for them having a whole damn department just for phone screens. And thats why Apples OLED screens always had better colours than Samsung phones, though having technically the same screen hardware. I don't know about the colours of the S20 Ultra, he didn't say anything about them in the video (or did he?), I wouldnt doubt it if the colours on the 11 Pro still look better
It will hurt your back because of carrying that dumbass 6.9 inch screen. Waaay to big to be usable normally. If you dissagree then you are lying to yourself.
As an iPhone user ive never seen Samsung users being “judged” and vice versa.. is this something that happens in high school cause where I’m from as an adult.. we don’t care what phone you have lol Samsung iPhone doesn’t matter as long as you gotta phone sweet👍 It must just be kids arguing over stupid things
Albanian Girl iPhone is just more trendy tho....... It's like evry 1 has an iPhone these days..... I mean if u look at all the major celebs they'll hve an iPhone..... I think it's cuz it just feels more premium....
I love how he tried to balance the comparison. "Well... iPhone has absolutely nothing better that the s20. Let's talk about how the iPhone weight feels more premium".
@Julien Lindauer last longer - more software updates but they're made to slow the phone down. On Android you cna use custom ROMs which aren't meant to slow the phone down.
Julien Lindauer mate, I’ve had my iPhone 11 Pro for 3 months and it’s already failing, crap battery, not as good quality compared to the s20. I would rather the s20 tbh
That's entirely wrong. It's been RAM this entire time. ROM is read-only memory and data on it can't really be changed. RAM however, is random-access memory, and it can be edited.
@@LSqre STFU. Don't blabber if you don't understand what he is talking about. He's trying to say that it was 16 Gb storage or memory about a decade ago but now, it's 16 Gb RAM.
Apple: releases the 11 pro Max for $1099 Samsheep’s: that’s too expensive Samsung: expensive? Releases the Samsung s20 ultra starting at $1399 Samsheep’s: that’s not expensive
True... I really tried liking my new iphone 11 but it didn't work out. Even my S8+ had a better design and screen. So I sent it back and got S20. Could not be happier.
@Julien Lindauer Even if you do not look at design statistics on camera and screen resolution show just why samsung sky rockets over apple. all im going to say.
@Julien Lindauer thing is, even with performance somewhat the same, the S20 ultra is still just better in almost any category, including the one iPhones are most famous for: camera.
@Julien Lindauer A 4GB iPhone works better than a 4GB / 6 GB memory Android phone. My S20 has 12GB,it holds much more apps in memory than an iPhone (tested with iPhone 11) and the price was lower (700€ vs 850€ the iPhone).
I miss the curves. It's what set Samsung flagships apart from so many other phones. They felt so beautiful. Looks like Im gonna stick with my s9 for a while then.
@@ebongjr793 The difference in weight between these phones and the phones of the past are the same. Just a few grams. And THESE phones are heavier than the ones in the past. Both of them. So if these aren't "heavy", then the phones in the past certainly weren't.
@@originsmaster8140 Exactly. The memes were never ending. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE hated it. Kept hearing about how Steve Jobs would never launch that monstrosity of a phone had he been alive. Wasn't that long ago. Now it's "futuristic", hilarious.
@@originsmaster8140 Notch is out of date because you can see large portions of space that is just black which can be replaced with screen. Think about a true depth sensor with the notch being replaced with screen
Samsung giving 25W charger in the box and is able to support 45W: “It’s a bit of a shame that when your buying a phone at this price you have to pay extra to get a charger, that can do that.” Apple: hold my drink
The 5w charger works fine for most users idiot. iPhones don’t have 5000 mah battery, so it doesn’t need a godlike 50 watt charger just to kill your battery under 2 years.
@@critik4l169 If it is designed for that charging speed, it wouldn't hurt the battery. Battery degrade naturally overtime. My old iPhones can't last long in battery life either.
Well I think if a phone is designed to support a better fast charger they should ship the phone with the maximum capacity charger it can handle....don't you think that?
so hris he said the battery is better lmfao at 120 us the s20 ultra doesn’t stand a chance. At 60 hz it keeps up but the 11 still wins. Yes I have both. My 11 pro max lasted 8.2 hours of constant screen time and 5”6 of those hours on RU-vid. The s20 ultra barely did 5 hours total lmfao
Thanks for the video man. Even non-technical people like me can learn a lot by watching your videos. Not only are they informative they are interesting and you say it in a way that even I can understand LOL. Keep it up man, I appreciate you much. Thankful in Columbus Ohio!
My heart: s20 ultra My brain: s20 ultra My wallet: oh look at this 3.5k LG Fridge for your kitchen. 🙃 Real talk tho I'd love a new s20 ultra, but I don't see the need to upgrade just yet from my Mate 20X.
Wow, at some point I just completely forgot that this was a comparison video and not a Samsung S20 Ultra review haha. Especially during the camera comparisons. Still, going to get a iPhone SE just for the purposes of best bang for buck. Just curious to see what the flagships are doing nowadays.
