Great device, I have the 256gb version and love it. Nice screen with 120hz refresh rate, wireless charging, dual speakers and SD 888. I believe Metro by T-Mo has the 128gb version for $199. Great deal for what you get imo.
Thanks for this video! I have an S10 and it works fine, but I've been wanting a second phone, so didn't want to fully upgrade to an S22. This seems like the perfect phone for me, so I just bought it!
Thanks for watching! Yeah I think you'll really like this phone, definitely a good upgrade from an S10. I used an S10+ myself before this phone actually
Tmobile currently has a deal where this phone is just $99 USD with new like activation. I am already a Tmobile customer, so I plan to get this phone and activate a new Tmobile Essentials line for just $15 just for this phone and have it as a backup.
First really phone that I got that gave me flagship features so yea this phone is good I loved it since I got it the beginning of this year going to keep it a year more before upgrading
I bought this phone for ₹32,499 . I loved every feature of this phone but only major drawback is battery. One must charge atleast 2 times a day bcuz typical battery capacity 4370mah
Yeah I got mine for $430 USD so just about the same price. I agree with the battery, it’s definitely not terrible for normal use but when I’m recording with it I pretty much have to plug it in after every video or so
Got this phone for ₹37k. Been using it for 2 months now. I really like this phone, even more after One UI 5 update. Battery is the biggest issue on this phone. It's not sufficient even after using this phone on 60Hz, dark mode and power saving mode.
@@zpl91 maybe it is the problem with his device. Most of people are happy with their battery life even content creators(with snapdragon processor). One guy on yt did s21FE vs s22 battery. And with 120hz and dark mode he had 9h of SOT.
@@zpl91 I get 8 to 9 hours of SOT per charge which is just fine with me. The S1 FE 5g is still a premium phone even though Samsung had to cut back on a few things, but the missing SD card and lack of headphone jack are no big deal to me. Even tho' its display is not quite as gorgeous as my previous S9+, it's still a great AMOLED screen. In fact, for the $300 it cost me (with trade-in), I got a great deal for a great phone.
Just bought the 256gb version for $512/Rp.8Mil yesterday, i found the battery is suck, i only get 4+ hours SoT. Hope they'll fix the battery usage and heating issue on this phone. Because my Poco F3 with the same 4500Mah battery can give me 6-7 hours SoT
This is one of phone that im consider to buy/upgrade. Everything seems really cost value except for the battery life. Is it really that bad ? Or perhaps too underwhelmed for its price ?
@@rkustanto exynos usually falls short overall compared to snap version mine is s21 fe too but with snap888 5g and I gotta tell you, it's phenomenal definitely worth the buy, especially with the recent price drops
i am most likely upgrading from my A51 5G to this phone for christmas. found this phone for $300 on amazon and my dad's phone died so im giving him mine when i get this beast ⭐ however, i am torn between this and the S21+, which one do you think would be better in terms of longterm use and photography?
I think from a value-for-money perspective the S21 FE will be perfectly fine. But if you're considering an S21+, maybe the S21 Ultra will be a bit better, that phone is a step up from the S21 FE and for a refurbished one it's around the same price as the S21+. But honestly no matter which one you go with you won't go wrong here, the differences are marginal at best. Just keep in mind the S21 FE will probably be noticeably cheaper than either the S21+ and the S21 Ultra
I haven't used the exynos one personally so I can't really say for sure, but from what I've heard people seem to like the Snap 888 a bit better. But I imagine in the grand scheme of things it's most likely super close
Buy the normal S21 5G on amazon refurbished in good condition for $250 it will be supported with updates until 2026. $250 for a two year old flagship in good used condition that will still be valid technology for another 3-5 years is a great deal. Samsung has the best trade in system in the whole industry, buy your phones in cash and keep an eye on trade-in rates for your phone. (even if that means you have to buy the FE or cheaper model) Since I was a teen in high school, I have been riding Samsung's trade in program to save money, have nice phones, and have paid-off phones. You start with an investment on a flagship (that is a few months away from being last years model) > 'drive' it for a year or two > trade it in and only have to pay $X for the next years flagship (that is a few months away from being last years model) ** Yes, you get a few months of having a current model phone and then you have a 'last generation' phone once the next flagship gets released by Samsung. In my opinion that is better than any other option out there.** I'd rather be able to get a brand new 'last years model' phone every year on the dot (and at a very nice discount) than pay the hefty price for a newly released flagship that costs hundreds of dollars more and would take most people two years financing to pay off. At two years, they don't usually see as good of a return on their investment, plus they end up paying more money. Whether its more money on interest or more cash money on the phone. You can change your rate of return by playing with the variables in that equation, play with the time, play with the type of phone, play with the price of the phone. It takes a few years to figure out what saves the most money or fits your yearly desires but you basically make that initial big drop of money and then ride out the value of your purchase as long as you can. Very similar to other investments like cars and houses you should consider the value after x amount of time and after x amount of money spent and consider what your future goals are before even purchasing the device.
If you like 5 g there is a serious issue for the last year we're now in 2023 and Samsung still has not fixed this issue with the 5G not working even tho 5g is available in my state 99% of the time it does not work the cell phone companies are blaming Samsung Samsungs are blaming it on the cell phone companies and they refuse to fix this issue.
Thanks for watching! Glad it helped. Off the top of my head, I would personally recommend this phone over the iPhone 11 for the camera. Granted I went from an iPhone XS Max to an iPhone 13 for my personal phone so I never actually had an 11 myself, but in my experience with iPhones, I actually bring the S21 FE with me when I’m traveling because I like the photo quality a little bit better than my iPhone 13 in some situations. Tbh you really won’t go wrong either way but in my experience the S21 FE is more versatile because it seems to handle bright lights (like taking pics of a neon sign for example) and night pics a little better.
A lot of it depends on whether you like iOS or Android better, because the two systems are quite different. Personally I had an XS Max myself for years and it was a great phone too. The S21 FE will have similar performance and also similar features like wireless charging, etc but the S21 FE has a better camera with more features, so if you're into taking pictures that's something to think about. The Samsung also won't have those annoying lens flares iPhone have. That said, if you're used to iOS then switching to Android for your personal phone might be tough. I use the S21 FE just to take pictures and record videos for this channel, but my personal phone I use for everything else is an iPhone 13. For me personally, I wouldn't want to give up iMessage and Airdrop, because at this point in time there's not really a good Android equivalent. But aside from the whole iOS vs Android thing the S21 FE is more modern and up-to-date and in my opinion would definitely be a solid upgrade.
@@soumitripattnaik 4 hours...5 hours when you turn off everything(120hz, 5G, limit processor with Battery saving enabled). Feels like i am back in 2014 using Galaxy S4...that phone had the same SoT 3 months old S21 FE with Snapdragon 888, bought brand new. Sometimes i want to switch back to my old Galaxy A72, which had 8-9 hours of SoT. I also think i will sell my S21 FE soon...first phone that i ditch so quickly...but i can't...i need to charge it in the car when driving for 8-10 hours, using it only to listen to music via bluetooth with screen off...20-40 mins of SoT or smth like. S22, the normal one, has better battery life. Go for it if you want a new Samsung
I just got one off swappa in gentaly used good condition for 244$ with tax edit: my Note 20 ultra finally died cuz of my skinny jeans wearing habit the phone bent to much pinching the screen between the top glass and the frame enough it pinched a black spot in it note the glass is not broken and this phone never comes out of the case simply put it's to large of a phone this is more then the limit of how big a phone should be I noticed that when I first got it and here I am sheving it before its time the screen is dead now fun wile it lasted tho
