@@Sanjay-iz3os yeah 8z is very good phone but I don't think Ranjit sir will review it, I have commented asking the same, maybe give it a like to get his attention. People complaining about oh it's old & it comes with last gen processor, well the 9RT, S21FE & even the upcoming GT2 come with last gen SD888/E2100, so I don't see much difference.
I would have instantly got S22. "Would have" because the battery and charging speed both of the features are calculated omissions to make the bigger one more appealing. Imagine if you could use this phone for 5+ years, then the asking price doesn't seem that steep.
@@akramm.8543 Yeah.. but I feel they are shooting themselves a little bit in the foot by doing this IMHO. What could be a better example than looking at the base iphone. It's the most successful phone of the catalogue every year and it doesn't require any brainstorming to figure out why. It's great on it own for pretty much everyone. It doesn't omit anything that breaks the basics. TBF S22 is not far off from the mark but I am sure as hell compelled to shell out more for the plus just because it has a sufficient battery and I don't think that's anything but an intended effect on their part.
5 saal chalne hi ni denge, update karke slow hona chalu hojaega, mera s21 android 12 update ke baad slow hona chalu hogya, note 8 to itta slow kardia tha ki call bhi lagane me atakta tha. iphone 13 lia he dekho kitte saal chalta ki wo bhi slow kardega update se, custom rom dalke hi sai chalte phone best, unlike these stock updates custom rom me or smooth chalta he mob har new android update ke baad
I think Samsung will beat Apple in terms of cameras with their S22 series line up. Thank god Samsung had gave the snapdragon variant instead of exynos.
I am happy that they are making small form factor phones again, I don't know why today all prefer big-screen phones, I find them too bulky to hold and use. Earlier I loved the S10e and now I think the S22 looks very much promising. BTW Ranjit can you do a more detailed review of S22 separately?
@@dmat606 I'm in the market and I don't think there's a better compact high end phone than s22. But just like you said the small battery without 45W charging is a huge red flag.
First view ranjit bro. Great to see your videos first itself when it’s posted. Is there a possibility for meet up in Hyderabad. Huge fan and follower since few years
0:01 i feel nostalgia to say this and this phone is probably the best especially the smaller boy s22 boy it's compact almost the same as my dad phone galaxy a7 2018 anyways i love your videos i keep watching it nonstop of it
@@dhirajgawande007 bro now a days people could be busy with phone bcz in many fields phone is main weapon of work n without phone work could not be completed

@@dmat606 my friend used to handle Chelsea football handle. He used to do that on this Iphone 6s. Content writer would use laptop. Not phone. Maybe once. I'm working professional in IT industry. I don't use my phone for more than 1 hour in a day. I don't think anyone who is professional would heavily rely on a phone. That's s really niche market. If there is any case where they do, they would simply carry a power Bank. The only people that i can think of who need more battery would be tiktokers, who plays games and Instagramers. I maybe wrong but i don't think any person who uses phone heavily will only really on phones battery.
Ranjit is the real OG in the tech community in India. No nonsense, crisp, accurate and in depth knowledge sharing. Have been a follower when he just started. I’m proud of my decision. All the best Ranjit if you are reading this and keep up the good work. 👍🏼
Both look very promising. Would really be interesting to see the battery life on the regular S22 as that should be the most go-to phone. Will wait for Ranjit's review on the battery life comparison between S22 and S22+. Great video as always.
The plus series of Samsung flagships is the perfect fit for everyone looking for a quality flagship without spending crazy money. Last year I got a S21+ and it's amazing.
Review the s22 plus. As it is the one that makes the most sense and there are more people who are looking to buy it. There is not a single detailed review of the s22 plus. S22 ultra has 100s of reviews. Would love to see your raw detailed review of the s22 plus
The new series phones are currently the best that android has to offer, that's for sure! However, they still have to catch up to apple on the video recording front. S22+ is my choice currently for a new smartphone as of March 2022.
no it doesn't it will take a year at least whats happening since s20 series s21 launched at 69999 after 10 months it came close 55k max and at the moment you can get s22 for 65k with 8k upgrade bonus (66k with buds 2) with pre book offer so you get a s22 which is 73k after 8k upgrade bonus discount it will be 65k and you get 12k galaxy ear buds 2 for 999rs only which makes phone price 55k with buds 2 which cost 12k so its a fair deal kindly check with any samsung retail store for these pre book offers so why to wait 1 year for the same amount you pay after a year
Please do a review on ASUS 8Z. Request from a regular long term viewer. It will be more helpful if we get a comparison between S22 vs ASUS 8Z as a perfect compact phone. 🙏🙏🙏
I think that makes more sense as a secondary phone, in my opinion. Most of us have gotten quite used to 6inches+ phones nowadays. I'm quite fond of the screen size on my K20 Pro.
@@adr23 No doubt about that, S22 is 30K more. And for that you get 1. Better camera system with 3X telephoto lens 2. Wireless Charging 3. Premium Look 4. Better Display brightness ( though I guess 1000 nits will be enough for Asus) 5. More software updates What you don't get 1. More compact form factor 2. Better gaming 3. 3.5mm jack But the main concern is battery. S22 has only 3700mah where 8Z comes with 4000mah. What Asus is offering in 43K, is great as a compact phn I guess
@@alam.meheboob see is more compact....and one ui with sd 8gen goes well...i bet battery life will be same between those two...s2w will give much stable performance... specially i think samsung implemented good cooling system...lot of 8 gen sd phones get very hot except see series...also much better variable refresh rate on s22 display gives more battery life
The battery life is such a drag, I wonder what were the engineers doing while testing. What's the point of everything flagship when you have to charge the phone twice a day for most basic usage
Really liked the smaller s22. But skeptical about battery 🥲. Will it last atleast a day with normal usage? No heavy games but normal usage of social media apps and camera.
Hi Ranjith, when will be the full review of s22+ and s22 ultra will be coming? Your reviews are very much balanced and honest. And pretty much detailed when it comes to difference between Indian and global varient.
I have regular galaxy s9. Bought it in Dec 2018. It has 3000mah batttery. Have done lot of settings to optimize my battery usage. I keep my phone in dark mode, use FHD+ res instead of higher WQHD, put less frequently used apps to sleep(samsung provides these settings), never used always on display(although I wanted to), and even after putting apps to sleep, apps are somehow able to run in background, so for that I even manually disabled their background usage. So after doing all these I am able to get a respectable day usage(mainly youtube, web browsing, zerodha, linkedin, gmail etc). If I have to go out and use navigation I ensure that my phone should be 100% charged, time I leave house. Otherwise it would be a big problem. So, I really like the device. The display, premium build, OneUI, camera, slomo, speakers tuned by AKG, headphone jack, dolby atmos, water resistant, Knox security, no ads, no bloatware, compact form factor, edge panel etc. But just that I never wanted to dwell into the ways to optimize battery backup. I just wanted to simply use my phone out of box. In the default way or best possible way. Even today I keep an eye on apps background usage, regulary clean up unsed stuff etc So to be on safe side I might never go with a phone which is kinda tight on battery. I just can't buy company’s claims that how they have able to churn out a day or over a day usage with that 2834mah battery. You know who come out with these numbers. So, I highly feel regular s22 wold be a similar case like the s9. I am looking to upgrade my s9. S22+ seems the best for me. It will bring almost everything that I love about s9(and many more things) plus a bigger battery
I've been eagerly waiting for your review!! Now I've pre-ordered the S22👍🏻 thanks for your reviews ! Big fan from Chennai!! Looking forward for your review after the phone usage!

I bought Samsung s20 plus in mid October 2020 and with all the updates my device was working like a charm. Recently i updated the phone as received on 22nd feb, 2022. Initially the device was working great but all of sudden straight vertical thin green line popped up in the display. Please note that my device has neither any fall/ drops (not even minor drop) nor any kind of pressure exerted on screen (like case in small pockets) and display was perfectly working fine till the green line popped up. I am completely disappointed as a premium device like this have such short life span and we have to bear this now with most of customers have the warranty expired. As per experience, it appears that life of flagship smartphone is just 1 year 3 months that too when handled with utmost care.
Another one fell for the "4 year update" meme. Smartphone market is moving too fast. Expecting anything more than 2 years of life is ridiculous. Unless you are doing no serious work with your phone , you can expect 5 years of life. But If you keep important stuff in uour phone and use it extensively (business) , you should switch it every 2 year. If price is the problem , then get a upper mid range phone. If you really want a flagship , then earn more that you can replace it every 2 year.
My S20+ started getting lines on the screen without any physical damage, just after 1.5 years of usage. Samsung is very reluctant to address this issue and only soltuion they gave is to change the display spending Rs. 15500. People in the comment section please take your decision wisely. Along with me, majority of S20+ users have faced this issue.
you can get s22 for 65k (66k with buds 2) earlier and for 68k (69k with buds 2) now so it directly attacks iqoo9 pro as this year it has snapdragon not Exynos and you are getting buds 2 @ ₹1k
at the moment you can get s22 for 65k with 8k upgrade bonus (66k with buds 2) with pre book offer so you get a s22 which is 73k after 8k upgrade bonus discount it will be 65k and you get 12k galaxy ear buds 2 for 999rs only which makes phone price 55k with buds 2 which cost 12k so its a fair deal kindly check with any samsung retail store for these pre book offers
Even 66k is more to spend on a samsung... It would have been much better near 59k range...(honest and open opinion).. Not a fanboy but i would not dare to spend more than 60k on any Android....😁
@@Dotingdaddy i would not spend 50k on any phone but still better than spending 70k on an iphone which is inferior for its price And not gonna spend a single penny on any Chinese brand so only option left is Samsung and its not even android at the moment Ios is downgrade for me so just stuck with no alternative at all at the moment
struggling to get small screen phones in 2023...I am not a fan of iphones.....suggest me some within a budget of 40k. screen size not bigger than 6.1 Also is it worth buying this s22??
Hi Ranjit, will it make a big difference between Indian S22 plus with the one available in Europe as chipset seems to be different. Is Exinos better than 888+ ??
The front camera is not great, we can see noise from your sample shots and from the video, If I am to choose I prefer the smaller one looks more handy. Thanks for the information
Sir kindly reply... Which phone can I buy upto 16000/ limit.... Poco m4 pro or samsung galaxy m32 or samsung galaxy m21... Please reply because we trust your decision a most
Hi Ranjith out of several youtubers I have known, we as consumers look at you as the most honest reviewer. So would really like to hear more from you on s22+ Specially on these points: 1. Does 8 gen 1 processor in s22+ is unusable to its full potential? Scores say it doesn't, but practically is it so? Can normal user notice difference? 2. Does using camera(30 mins continuously), media consumption, browsing and daily normal usage over heats up the phone? 3. What is the average screen time you can expect out of s22+ 4500 battery? Will it last a day, considering battery hungry processor? 4. Do you see applications being throttled by samsung, to an extent that it really feels jittery ? Even the social media ones and is it noticable to a normal user? If not throttled will perform buttery smooth? 5. Is Samsung's commitment of 4year of Soft update and security patch is a marketing gimmick to increase their market share? 6. Does software updates can improve the phone performance and battery life? All these questions will definitely help consumers like us to decide whether its worthy to spend so much money on this phn, where lots of things are controlled and still restricted to use. Noticed this was a paid promotion video, so not sure, if we will get all the answers on your review video. But still hoping you cover these points 👍 Thank you 🙏🙏
Dont go for the neagtive comments regarding battery life of regular s22 ignore the negativity it has 300 more mah compare to s10 with same screen size which had a good battery life and or 300 mah less campare to s21 but its sd gen 1 processor is very good and efficient chip vs exynos Also it only consumes more battery only if you use camera and long hours of heavy gaming Otherwise with balanced usage it lasts a whole day and it has good idle timings, its a good optimized phone its 10% less efficient when you campare it s22 plus when it comes to battery but for those who wants a compact phones its a great package

If only I hadn't purchased the S20FE recently, I would have surely purchased the regular S22-compact size flagship from Samsung with a Snapdragon processor.
Hi, is it really worth to buy S20 FE now in March 2022, as I'm planning to buy this variant. It's for 35,000/- after discount. Really confused between S20Fe, S21, S21Fe..... Budget friendly is no doubt S20Fe...What's ur opinion ... About ur experience...Should I go for S20Fe...
