it does call the cops but as long as you tell them wrong number or what your doing they wont bother you its worth it cause this way really works thanks a LoTT ... it works 100%
People listen.......1. It calls the cops because it says right at the top when you dial out "EMERGENCY CALL" so 112 will call the cops. 2. If you dial out and dont see the option at the top right hand corner "more" than you have upgraded your phone one too many times and its been patch up. This is why they say don't install updates unless its a major security issue. Updates also patch up a lot of these types of loops holes.
I actually just purchased that Flip USB stick to android, Loaded the file onto the USB drive as instructed too , Did the reset exactly like he did, Popped the USB stick into the phone, and it DOSE NOT auto-run the .apk file as it did for you in your video. So I dug around a little on your FTP site and found another file, labeled exactly as the file on your home screen that I also tried to use. And SAME RESULT.. No Auto-Run, No nothing etc..... Am I missing something or a step???? Many Thanks in Advance for helping me....

02:27 the more button doesnt pop up, its just blank there... also its my own phone I have the password and everything, I can login on my browser via laptop but on my phone it says the password is wrong

Since it's not mine to share, I won't but I did ask the user to provide the solution publicly (on the main thread), so that others that encounter not seeing the specific option in Google Account Manager can now see it and follow along with your tutorial. That was my issue. I was following along with your tutorial until the Google Account Manager step. When I couldn't find the option you referred to, I incorporated Addison Gault's step and was able to go to end of the tutorial with no issue.

Uuuuuggghhhhhh i made it all the way to the google account manager and theres no "type email and password". What do i do now? None of the other options bring up the 3 dots.
I have to agree with charles rutledge I got the call answered by 911 during dialing 112 I did not see any "more" choice at all and you gotta be crazy because initiating an emergency call will always involve the cops so you better answer it and tell them you're safe and just trying to set up a cell phone

I know these replies and comments are older, but I have a totally legit sprint s7 edge that i just saved up and bought used.. but am going to need to switch to Verizon.. what wyd it call cops for?
You can unlock the phone if you go to a Sprint store. In the UK to unlock a phone from it's carrier it costs about £10 - £20 ($13 - $30) But this video is to bypass Factory Reset Protection not to switch carriers And in the video he tells you to type 112 which is the UK's Non-Emergency phone number so like 911 but for Non-Emergencies

You know when you dial 112 or 999 and it doesn't give me any options to go to messages or web and so forth. I must've tried like a thousand times lol. Help!
