I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!! On the Samsung phones S21, S23 we tried connect few watches with different apps for example GT600, Hello3, HK9 Pro, HD9 Pro... But screen of the watch doesn't show anything when someone calls... We can call vs watch, get messages, but not able to answer or reject call as not showing buttons on the screen, not showing anything tbh. How to fix this? Watches are working just fine on other phones.

Is it possible to scroll the screen to see large messages or does the smartwatch only show a limited amount of characters on the screen?

Is it working now? You can try putting it on charging or you can wait for the battery to be fully drained, then charge it again!

It happened for few of our clients. This problem has been reported in the first few weeks of using and watch has been replaced. Since this problem happened more than once, we replaced HK8 Pro Max Gen 2 to different models VA9 Ultra, GS Ultra 8 Max and won't be buying HK8 Pro Max 2 again.
