I still own the galaxy watch 46mm (2018) I, miss the ringtone feature. Can't hear the presets. I use the old watch depending what I'm doing knowing I don't have to worry about charging it. Also miss the 3 day battery life.
What's the point of having all of these features on a smart watch when trying to have more life on a watch. Samsung next time needs to be thinking of bigger battery life
i am using my samsung classic 6 LTE as Bluetooth Version. It draines battery very low. If very useful condition then i am using LTE. Thank you for you are providing very Good information.
The LTE watch has a poorer battery life. Dont need to uninstall Google assistant, can disable always listen and set it up only work on a long button press
you probably have "ok google" detection turned off, and he probably has it turned on...i think that's the difference, and the fact that his suggestion for the battery consumption was to uninstall assistant rather than turn that feature off made me stop watching at that point
Agreed with settings 👍 I noticed if disable nearly everything off the battery lasts so long I know sum1 gonna say what’s the point you can’t use all the features Well neither is having poor battery life lol My gw5p WiFi, auto brightness, raise to wake, touch to wake, AOD on, HR every 10 mins, blood oxygen manual I get 3 to 4 days that’s numerous notifications constant answers calls & texts no workouts Good in enough no complaints with workouts only 2 days With aod off 5+ days Still love my gw5p & garmin enduro 2 👍😄😎 I won’t mention my old gw4c 😭😂 it only gets 1 day Gw6c my friend uses he gets a day or more 😅
I have a 2 weeks and some days old watch 5pro and i only get 2days and like 22 hrs ish, with same setting as yours and AOD off, i wonder how pple claim to get that much days out of it, i had the black watch 5 pro lte since December of last year and i have never gotten more than what i get now and i dissabled google assistance voice wake-up, out of curiosity on seeing reports like yours constantly, i decided i wanted the grey version in Bluetooth and i did few weeks ago like i stated earlier and I've never gotten more than 2 days and 22 ish hrs. I am still baffled at how reports like this getting 3 -4 days isn't what i have experienced on my 2 galaxy watch 5 pro bought brand new. 😢🤦🏽🤷
Hello, I have a sgw6 LTE; and I have a question… putting de watch in LTE auto, when my mobile phone is near to the watch, the notifications will be through my phone… so, Is wi-fi needed for something? Can I turn it off?
I recently upgrade my watch 4 classic to watch 6 classic and using gesturs, brigthness auto, bixby, aod, sleep tracking, stress continuos and heart rate avery 10min and i got 1 day of use, stay at 50-40% after bed and when wake up with 30-35%
so battery life on watch 6 classic is worse than watch 5 pro...? i can get easily 3 days of battery life on watch 5 pro (then again, i don't wear it constantly like 20+hrs a day)
Trying to decide b/w Watch6 LTE or bluetooth. Can you (or anyone else) tell me if using the LTE model with LTE turned OFF what the battery drain is compared to the bluetooth only model? (same, slightly less, or considerable less). Might be some hardware or software issue that causes more drain even with the LTE turned off vs. the bluetooth only model. Anyone run a comparison?
I charge mine daily and even if at 57% in 24 hours left, still charge it. You getting 2 days your killing your battery, never go below 20% else you will shorten the battery life span
Hi, can you do this with AOD and auto brightness off, brightness set to about pretty much maximum, lets say 70-80%, LTE auto, no assistant, no gestures, no sleep tracking, and maybe even heart sensor set to manual?
Noticed the estimate time not accurate unless you don't do play with it. Even with power saving mode. I didn't do much only did 3 reply text & check time from 8-2pm I'm at 57 battery life. That's light use with wifi off, nfc etc.
@@ThePhoneFuel I'm good thank you.., iPhone 13 is my primary device since 2022 and probably I'm getting S23 Ultra from UAE within 2 months..the cost of the device is Rs.72K in UAE for the base variant..I'm super excited to have a Galaxy device again after my Note 9 and 10..😊
@abhijith390 did the same thing too, bought the s23 ultra from Dubai 2 months back and it's fabulous. Bought the watch 6 44 mm yesterday and liking it so far, but the battery seems to be much less than my old original watch classic.

A bit unfair. I don’t think Google assistant would use that mush battery if you turn off that it’s constantly listening for your voice. If you set it to activate on a button press it won’t use that much battery.
I have the galaxy watch 6 classice 47mm LTE and with AOD off, LTE auto, health on manual, and Bixby set to voice wake up, auto brightness on and I get 3 days and 6 hours lol. That's getting multiple notifications, taking calls, sending texts.
I find the sleep tracker a useless tool and sleeping with the watch uncomfortable. AOD and connectivity are more important. I don't mind charging the watch every night.
Yup but a lot of people have issues with sleeping, like myself, I was able to track it and see how is my sleep and get some suggestions. Its really important for some people
@@ThePhoneFuel And I could prove to my complaining neighbours, that I was sleeping when they claimed I made noise at night :D An extra unintentional benefit of sleep tracking :)
What's the point on having a expensive watch if you cannot utilize all the features? I have to charge this watch twice a day, Samsung sucks with this one!
Samsung watch battery it's a disaster ... when you have an watch and you disable features for few hours of battery saving , that's hilarious :) . I only consider watches that last longer than a week , when we talk for 1-2 days ... that's not for me , better look on other alternatives like huawei or garmin . Nice try samsung ... but NO !
