My Z Flip 5 has been great. My wishlist includes a telephoto lens. Dex and more native apps for the cover screen instead of having to install Good Lock.
@@mikejames6588I don't care about cameras,they are decent for quick snap, like on any other phone, they are all joke compared to canon camera which I have. 15 years behind probably. I bought z flip 5 because I like the design and front display...now I'll give it to someone, waiting for z flip 6...and again, don't care about the camera at all🤷♂️
If you already have the 5, don't get the 6. Ive has the 5 for six months, still holding up like brand new. The camera is more then enough for the average user, the updates are on point and its still a talking point when i pull it out. And my battery last all day. And i don't see what he sees, i have no lagging at all.
Yeah I've also had my Flip 5 for like 6 months and no issues still. The Flip 6 is so underwhelming looks just like the Flip 5 with barely noticeable changes I think I'll wait 2-3 years before I upgrade my phone especially with the insane prices nowadays.
Had the flip 5 since the October... Camera performance and battery 🔋 life are perfectly fine .... Only issue dust or fluff managed to get inside the camera Samsung engineer said no need to take it as it's not causing a problem .... Charging speed could be better tho .... Display is brilliant mine doesn't get as dirty as cams as I clean my hands often and clean my flip 5 once a week on a weekend ....
I'm so over apple that I'm finally making the change. I'm due an upgrade this year and plan to let the Flip 6 ride for a month for them to catch any nasty surprises that general human use throws at them, correct, and then snag one come September or so. VERY excited to get back to a more user-friendly ecosystem for folks who are tech-savvy and like to be able to access a normal file system on their devices. All the proprietary bullshit programs that are required to have a functional iPhone are infinitely frustrating to me. Just let me plug it in and drag and drop photos and music and files FFS.
I'm going to skip the Flip 6. I've had every Flip since the first. I've never broken, cracked, or needed to replace one. Everytime I traded one in, the agent asked if it was new. The only problem I had was that I had to replace the inner screen protector.
The wife needs/wants an upgrade from her Exynos S22 and was looking at the Z Flip 6. But after seeing this, getting a Z Flip 5 might make more sense. Still 3 years of Android and 4 security patches left and probably a couple of hundred Euros cheaper
I love my Flip5 but I'm not happy with the camera. When I go to events and want to take pictures and record with zoom I always switch back to my S21 Ultra I had before the Flip. But I think I'll wait for the flip7 this time
I have loved my Flip 5 like all the Notes I had and more due to the size and versatility. The 50mp lens upgrade will make for better pictures and it needs it.
I have an S21+ that I really want to upgrade to the Flip so I'm waiting for the official announcement. Hopefully it has good specs and trade in offers, otherwise will go for the S24+ or U.
junk, junk & junk. my screen failed at the crease at 10 months old. samsjunk refused to fix the know issue because i had some cosmetic nicks around the sides. So service center wanted to charge me over 350 to fix this.Whats the point of fixing the junk to get another 10 months out of it. Had to pay off 26 months on my contract and move on. Bad phone that they didn't stand by. if you buy you been warned.
