I've been using mine for 1 years and I can say if you turn certain antenna off you can get 2 days of battery lifez light to moderate usage.

Well, this is where this channel gets quite misleading (happens in a lot of his videos). He's not actually using a Fold 5. He's using a Fold 4, so he wouldn't be able to tell you about battery life.

How do I get out of the spilit screen completely? I'm computer illiterate and hearing impaired. So it takes me a few practice sessions to get comfortable. Ty for taking your time in explaining things. I believe you're the only one I've encountered who does that.

Everything with the fold has been minor updates since the fold 2. If you're happy with what you got then you don't need to upgrade. This is basically just a new chip and slimmer phone with "better" hinge

how does your z fold 3 big screen holds up? i have heard previous fold models before the z fold 5 have the screen crack in the middle after some use.

Is there a way to turn off a 3rd window in split screen mode? I'm thinking to buy fold 3 or not, on samsung phone I like when im in split screen using two apps by tapping on the edge panel apps it instantly replacing my 2nd app but what it does it on the fold it creates 3rd app which i dont need

I have the Fold 5 also but i can not change the resolution for the screen like Samsung S23 Ultra, is that normal?

Idk, but don't worry about it. It doesn't impact resolution outside of a handful of games. All it does is change the gpu output resolution. It doesn't change how many pixels are turned on so display power draw doesn't change. And you would think having a lower gpu resolution would save battery. But most games will overwrite it to either a user setting or default it to the display resolution. There are plenty of test on yutube back to the s10 days and it's always been the same If you want to save battery use low performance mode, it makes a big difference and doesn't really slow down the phone much.
