Followed your video to change my cracked screen and it works perfectly! I used the same glue that u show on the video (I used B-7000...I noticed you called it B-9000 by mistake in the video). Couple of tips to add: Watch u don't cover the selfie camera with the glue on the backside of the top part of the glass. I did by accident and now selfie cam is blurry. Also got my new LCD/Glass off ebay. It came with a thin plastic sheet on the component-side (ie the side that will sit inside the phone) Important to leave that thin plastic sheet on. Thanks again for the great video!

When removing the old screen, be extremely careful around the back "button" on the bottom right side of the phone. There is a ribbon cable that connects the home button, back button, and audio connector to the mother board. This ribbon connector can be easily severed if your not careful separating the back button from the screen. The back button sensor area has adhesive that holds it to the back of the screen. Carefully pry the adhesive/sensor from the back.

Fixed my Galaxy for $22 dollars using this video and Ebay part. Make sure you get the J3 Prime as the J3 has a different kind of connector and won't work

what screwdriver head did you use? It looked like a TORX but i can't tell what size.

You should have shown your glue application method. Given that the sensors are below the glass assembly it seems like a critical step.

You don't need to replace the LCD just the screen if its cracked right?
