Hi!
In this video I'll show you how to perform a repair on a Samsung M3820nd that needs rollers replacement on the fuser unit. Same or similar procedure applies also to these models: M3320, M3370, M3375, M3820, M3825, M3870, M3875, M4020, M4025, M4070, M4075, ML-3310, ML-3710, ML-3750, SCX-4833, SCX-5637, and SCX-5737.
Full fuser assembly for 110V code: JC91-01023A
Full fuser assembly for 220V code: JC91-01024A
You can also search and buy only the fuser roller (if it's the one that has been damaged) and replace only that instead of the full fuser assembly
