There is a firmware update available on samsung support site. After updating the firmware on my sound bar, there is a significant improvement. A lot of people complained about bass, that's been fixed. Bass +/- was not effective in the previous/ stock update. I feel surround sound also been fine tuned a bit. **Please read the instructions carefully before updating. Firmware update date - 25 may 2020
I tried installing the latest firmware in the USB and connect it to the soundbar, didn't work. followed all the steps. can you tell me what you did exactly?

Hello help me please. I’ve been using the N300 for like a year and then now it’s not working. When I plug it in. The mini green light just blinks and the remote doesn’t work.

Definitely not mi sound bar. Go for JBL or samsung. One should go for sound bar with subwoofer if you want that thumping bass. People buy this entry level without proper knowledge and then cry or give bad reviews about the product
It’s a decent soundbar only problem, lately the volume gets louder on it’s own every 2 minutes or so. And is very annoying. Other than that no problems.
