DO NOT take the white trim piece off 3:23 You will damage it(as you see in the video). There is not need to do so. It will come off with the black back section. Just take the two side screws out to remove the whole back trim.
I have the model or 2 below yours. I'd say the frame is shared but the extra components/features of your higher model add additional mass and the spring rate is increased to match the extra mass. I suspect it is a step to far though, because mine (with unused connectors and circuitry on the board - which must also be shared with the other 9000 model range.) has had no such issues. Yet... Mine has flat batteries in one wheel.
Hello, my robot says no battery but It operates. New battery and same issue. Maybe Is something in the Logic board that can't ready properly the battery. Can you provide any help?
