Wow, that is amazing... so like I said before... Snapdragon 800 @ 2.3GHz with 4GB RAM, 802.11ac, removeable battery, 13MegaPixel HDR Camera, microSDXC card slot, 64/128GB storage and wireless charging running Ubuntu Phone OS sometime in the middle of this year, got it? Good, and I'll have my order to go.

Watching this video in 2020 gives me chills, I've been telling people about foldable phones for so long, I'd show them this trailer and they wouldn't believe me, and then last year Samsung did it, they finally showed us what they could do, admittedly like most not impressed with small front display, BUT THIS YEAR OMFG I haven't been this hyped for a phone since the Note 7 which was sadly a write off, but I did get the Note 7 FE to keep my collection going :)

@@ResonanceHub coolness is enough for me, also I believe it will make more sense when it comes to mixed reality. Transparency will be the way to go so that you can walk around with a headset on and still be able to see what's behind the display.

@@otakukj Fair enough, but by the time augmented reality is a thing I bet most people will have a chip in the brain, that sends you the images directly to the brain without the need of a headset

@@ResonanceHub that's definitely a possibility. I guess it depends on how fast mixed reality becomes viable. Since it's already possible. That being said brain tech is also progressing very quickly too.

@@ninaadbhat Got it pretty recently but so far it is the best phone I've ever had. The outside screen is big enough to use (Galaxy Fold 2), the inside screen when unfolded is the best display I've ever seen making it way more enjoyable to look at content and the 120 HZ refresh rate makes everything from scrolling to gaming/media look very smooth. I'd say the only things that could be improved would be the thickness of the device, the cameras aren't the best, folding display is a bit fragile, it's a bit heavy, and it would be nice to see water and dust resistance in the future. Overall I love this phone. I came in expecting these miner downsides since this is new technology and nothing is perfect at everything.

Saw this video back in HS, and 10 years later, im now typing on my first foldable (Z fold 5). I initially thought this tech was *many* decades out of reach and that this video was more of a concept than anything else. It is absolutely amazing that samsung delivered on their word in a relatively short time. I love my foldable phone so far. I would like to see if samsung tries using that roll up screen design we see at the end of the video. Imagine it implemented into a normal phone or maybe even a roll-out Samsung monitor for desktops to save space. I'm excited to see them other uses of this screen!

I remember seeing this video when I entered as a freshman student in high school. I believe how mind-blowing it looked and wishing to be a to be a real device someday. Now, it's on my hands 10 years later watching this on my Galaxy Z Fold 5, and I must say this is the game changer just how optimized this device is. It's absolutely mind blowing that Samsung knocked it out of the park to promise this concept to became a reality to open the gates for developers to brainstorm ideas for it. I love my foldable phone that its hard to go back to a regular one.
